Lintas.co.id – Suciati dituntut hukuman pidana kurungan penjara selama 10 tahun. Tuntutan tersebut dibacakan oleh Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU) Dwi SH. Senin (01/03/2021) kemarin.
Jaksa Dwi menyebut terdakwa Suciati terbukti melanggar pasal 44 ayat (3) UU No 23 Tahun 2004 tentang Penghapusan Kekerasan Dalam Rumah Tangga. Pasal yang diterapkan yakni bahwa terdakwa Suciati menghilangkan nyawa orang lain.
“Berdasarkan fakta persidangan, terdakwa terbukti bersalah. Maka meminta majelis hakim untuk memberikan vonis kurungan penjara 10 tahun dipotong masa tahanan,” terang Dwi.
Dilansir oleh karebaindonesia.id dari www.kabarta.my.id, Suciati menghabisi nyawa suaminya, Isnadi (39) karena suami tak pernah ada waktu berhubungan, “bilangnya sibuk terus” pada Senin (01/03) pukul 06.00 WIB.
Menurut keterangan yang didapatkan, kejadian bermula saat korban tidak pulang ke rumah. Suciati lantas mencari suaminya pada pagi hari. Rupanya sang suami nginap di rumah janda berinisial H. Rumah janda tersebut tak jauh dari kediaman Suciati. Isnadi dan Suciati pun cekcok. Isnadi lalu menyuruh istrinya pulang duluan. Kemudian Isnadi menyusul dari belakang.
Sesampainya di rumahnya di Jl Kemas Rindo Lr Segayam, Kelurahan Ogan Baru, kecamatan Kertapati, Palembang. Cekcok pasangan suami istri itu pun berlanjut. Korban akhirnya buatkan sarapan yang sudah dicampur racun serangga.
Sempat dilarikan ke rumah sakit, Isnadi yang sudah tak berdaya akhirnya menghembuskan nafas terakhir. (indonesia.id)
