LintasRiau – Seorang pria dewasa di Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, Riau, berinisial ZI (34) diduga tega melakukan perbuatan pemerkosaan terhadap seorang wanita berinisial SZ (16).
Korbannya tersebut, tak lain dan tak bukan merupakan adik iparnya sendiri.
Polisi akhirnya menangkap ZI (34) di Desa Kayu Ara, Kecamatan Rangsang Pesisir, Kabupaten Kepulauan Meranti, atas dugaan kasus pemerkosaan tersebut. Dia ditangkap usai dilaporkan ke polisi atas perbuatan bejatnya itu.
Kapolres Kepulauan Meranti AKBP Eko Wimpiyanto Hardjito melalui Kapolsek Rangsang Iptu Djoni Rekmamora mengatakan, bahwa aksi nekat pelaku melakukan pemerkosaan terjadi pada Jumat (23/7/2021) lalu.
“Saat kejadian suami dan mertua korban tidak berada di rumah, mereka pergi motong karet. Sementara di rumah hanya ada pelaku dan korban bersama anaknya yang masih kecil,” kata Djoni kepada wartawan, Kamis (5/8/2021).
Dijelaskan Kapolsek, bahwa awal sebelum terjadi pemerkosaan itu, korban saat itu sedang menjaga anaknya di depan televisi tepatnya di ruang tamu, dan tak jauh darinya ada pelaku yang sedang menonton.
Tidak lama kemudian, pelaku datang mendekati korban lalu mencekik menggunakan tangan kiri dan minta agar korban melayaninya untuk melakukan hubungan suami istri.
Menurut penuturan korban, kata Kapolsek, ia sempat melawan dengan cara menendang perut pelaku.
Namun upaya itu justru sia-sia dan membuat pelaku semakin marah dan membekap mulut korban hingga mengalami luka.
“Pelaku juga sempat mengancam korban dengan senjata tajam jenis badik,” ungkapnya.
Usai melampiaskan nafsu bejatnya tersebut, pelaku pun mengancam korban agar tidak memberitahukan perbuatan tersebut kepada orang.
Jika menolak, ancamannya anak korban yang tak lain adalah ponakannya akan dibunuh.
“Alasan pelaku ke korban melakukan perbuatan tersebut karena ia telah banyak membantu pernikahan adiknya dan korban,” ujar Kapolsek.
Lantas setelah suami dan ibunya pulang ke rumah, korban pun menceritakan kejadian yang menimpanya dan melaporkan ke Polsek Rangsang, Kepulauan Meranti.
Saat ini, untuk mempertanggung jawabkan perbuatannya, ZI (34) telah diamankan di Polsek Rangsang, Kepulauan Meranti untuk pemeriksaan lebih lanjut.
Pelaku tersebut ditangkap pada Selasa (3/8/2021) sore beserta sejumlah barang bukti dalam perbuatan tersebut.
