Persidangan terdakwa Amirrudin Als Aming terkait kasus tindak pidana pembunuhan istrinya di Pengadilan Negeri di Depok, Senin (8/11/2021) siang, beragendakan tuntutan dari Jaksa Penuntut Umum (JPU).
Dalam persidangan terbuka di PN Depok, JPU memberikan tuntutan terdakwa atas meninggalnya korban yaitu istrinya sendiri Rani Khairani, 31, kejadian pada Kamis (9/7/2021), sesuai pasal 338 KUHP menjatuhkan pidana selama 13 tahun langsung dibacakan JPU Ahmad Nurkhamid.
Sedangkan penasehatan hukum terdakawa Amirrudin Als Aming Bin (Alm) Ahmad Murodi dari Kantor Yayasan Lembaga Bantuan Hukum Kami Ada Andi Tatang,S.E.,S.H.,M.H.,CPL DKK akan mengajukan nota pembelaan (Pledoi) dalam waktu satu minggu kedepan.
Menurut Tatang, terdakwa tidak ada niatan untuk membunuh korban dimana pada saat kejadi Terdakwa merasa sakit hati atas perkataan Korban.
“Dah diem aja lo laki nggak berguna, nggak bisa kerja juga, nggak bisa nyari duit, nggak bisa puasin gw kalo main,” ucap Tatang seraya sembari ucapan keterangan terdakwa di dalam persidangan depan majelis hakim.
Setelah itu dengan sepontan terdakwa emosi dan mengambil pisau cutter yang berada di dekat korban.
“Kami akan melakukan pembelaan terhadap terdakwa sesuai dengan fakta persidangan serta keterangan saksi-saksi yang di hadirkan selama proses sidang di pengadilan Negeri Depok,” tambahnya.
Pemicu konflik rumah tangga terdakwa dengan korban adalah berawal dari keributan masalah ekonomi dan korban sebagai istri melakukan jual diri melalui aplikasi wechat dan sakit hati terhadap kata-kata korban, tak terima dengan perkataan korban, Amirudin Als Aming Bin (Alm) Ahmad Murodi kemudian menggorok leher sang istri dengan mengunakan Cutter.
Setelah menggorok korban, terdakwa Amirudin pun membuang cutter dan gawai miliknya di sungai di depan kontrakan yang dihuninya bersama korban dan terdakwa setelah membunuh langsung pergi ke rumah temanya agar kejadian tersebut tidak di ketahui oleh orang di sekitarnya.
Setelah kejadian percoban tindak pidana pembunuhan yang dilakukan oleh terdakwa dan pergi ternyata ada tetangga kontrakan yang mendengar ada orang didalam kontrakan sebelah mengedor-gedor pintu tapi tidak ada suara didalamnya.
Setelah itu tetangga korban memanggil pihak RT dan RW untuk membuka pintu kontrakan sebelah dan setelah membuka pintu kontrakan dengan cara di dobrak ternyata ada suara di dalam kamar mandi dan pihak keamanan setempat membuka pintu kamar mandi ternyata ada korban yang masih hidup dan berceceran darah sekaligus tidak bisa berbicara.
Pada akhirnya keaman setempat membawa korban ke rumah sakit dalam perjalan menuju rumah sakit korban sudah tidak bernyawa lagi.
