Lintas.co.id – Seorang anak berusia 27 tahun di Kabupaten Polewali Mandar (Polman), Sulawesi Barat (Sulbar) dihamili oleh ayah kandungnya hingga melahirkan. Namun perempuan tersebut membuat pengakuan mengejutkan, hubungannya dengan sang ayah tak ada unsur paksaan.
“Baru pemeriksaan awal, dia (korban) membenarkan kalau yang menghamilinya adalah ayahnya. Tapi tidak ada paksaan,” ujar Kanit PPA Polres Polman Ipda Muliono saat dihubungi, Minggu (16/1/2022).
Penyidik tak serta merta mempercayai pengakuan korban. Pendalaman dilakukan untuk melihat apakah ada kemungkinan korban sengaja membuat pengakuan tersebut untuk melindungi ayahnya.
“Ya seperti itulah, tapi kita belum bisa memastikan apakah korban sengaja ingin melindungi orang tuanya atau seperti apa. Tapi dari hasil pemeriksaan awal seperti itu (tidak ada paksaan),” ungkap Muliono.
Muliono mengaku masih akan mendalami keterangan saksi lain. Penyidik juga akan mendalami keterangan tersangka di kemudian hari. Pasalnya, pria berusia 45 tahun tersebut sedang dirawat karena sakit.
“Kita dalami dulu laporannya, karena laporannya kekerasan seksual, sementara korban sendiri mengatakan tidak ada kekerasan. Masih butuh pendalaman, jangan sampai nanti berulang keterangan (korban) karena masih syok atau apa. Nanti kalau sudah cukup keterangan saksi-saksi, nanti kita minta keterangan terduga tersangka,” katanya.
Sebelumnya diberitakan, dugaan tindak kekerasan seksual yang dilakukan seorang ayah terhadap anaknya terjadi di Kecamatan Tinambung, Polman, Sulbar. Kasus ini berawal dari informasi meresahkan yang diperoleh polisi terkait kabar seorang wanita yang tidak memiliki suami melahirkan anak, pada Jumat (7/01).
“Disampaikan bahwa ada salah satu warga yang melahirkan namun tidak diketahui siapa bapaknya. Setelah dilakukan kroscek ternyata betul ada kejadian seperti itu,” ujar Rustam.
Menurut Rustam, ketika polisi bersama pemerintah desa setempat meminta keterangan korban, diakui ayah bayi yang baru dilahirkannya adalah warga Mamuju dan sudah meninggal dunia. Kecurigaan polisi muncul karena berselang beberapa saat kemudian korban justru memberikan keterangan berbeda.
“Setelah beberapa jam dia (korban) mengaku dihamili orang Kalukku. Saat itu pihak keluarga bersepakat untuk menyelesaikan masalah ini secara kekeluargaan,”terangnya.
Namun upaya kekeluargaan itu tak jadi dilakukan karena beberapa hari kemudian, korban mengaku jika pria yang menghamilinya hingga akhirnya melahirkan, adalah ayahnya sendiri.
“Berdasarkan informasi dari Kepala Desa, korban mengaku jika yang menghamilinya adalah bapaknya,” beber Rustam.
Pengakuan dari korban sontak menggegerkan warga setempat. Bahkan istri tersangka yang tidak lain adalah ibu korban, sempat syok hingga meminta tersangka yang saat itu sedang terbaring sakit untuk angkat kaki dari rumahnya.
