Kegiatan pelepasan Tim Sepak Bola yang dilaksanakan di Gedung Pola Utama Kantor Bupati ini, juga turut dihadiri langsung oleh Plh Sekda, Staf Ahli, Ketua KONI Tanjab Barat, Ketua Askab PSSI Tanjab Barat, Para Atlet Sepakbola, serta tamu undangan lainnya
Plt Kadis Parpora H. Mulyadi M. Kes dalam laporanya sampaikan bahwa Turnament Sepakbola Gubernur Cup ini jrencananya akan dilaksanakan mulai tanggal 06 sampai dengan 19 Januari 2022 di Stadion Tri Lomba Juang Kota Jambi. ditambahkannya, Tim Sepakbola Tanjab Barat sebanyak 28 orang yang terdiri dari Manager 1 Orang, Pelatih Kepala 1 Orang, Asisten Pelatih 3 Orang, Official 3 Orang, Pemain 20 Orang.
” pemain atau atlet sepakbola Tanjab Barat berasal dari Putra Putra terbaik Daerah dalam Wilayah Kabupaten Tanjab Barat” tutupnya.
Sementara itu, Wakil Bupati Hairan SH dalam sambutannya berharap Tim Sepakbola Tanjab Barat mendapatkan hasil terbaik pada kejuaraan Gubernur Cup Tahun ini. Wabup juga ingatkan agar para pemain dapat menjaga kesehatan serta menjaga nama baik Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat selama mengikuti kejuaraan.
