Pelantikan ini berdasar Keputusan Bupati Nomor : 2 /Kep. Bup. /BKPSDM /. 2022. Tentang Mutasi Pegawai Negeri Sipil dalam jabatan pimpinan Tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjab Barat dan memperhatikan surat ketua Komisi Aparatur sipil Negara Nomor: B -53/KASN/01/2022 tanggal 5 Januari 2022 tentang Rekomendasi Hasil uji Kompetensi dalam rangka Mutasi /Rotasi JPT Pratama di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjab Barat.

Bupati dalam sambutannya menyampaikan, pelantikan dan pengambilan sumpah jabatan pejabat pimpinan tinggi Pratama yang dilaksanakan pada hari ini merupakan hasil dari uji kompetensi pejabat pimpinan tinggi Pratama yang telah dilakukan oleh panitia seleksi jabatan pimpinan tinggi Pratama Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Dengan dilaksanakannya penilaian kompetensi diharapkan akan menghasilkan output yaitu tersusunnya profil kompetensi pejabat tinggi Pratama di lingkungan Pemkab Tanjab Barat.
“Jabatan adalah sebuah amanah yang harus diemban dan dilaksanakan dengan baik. Terutama amanah dari masyarakat yang memiliki harapan guna mewujudkan tatanan kehidupan yang lebih baik, berhasil atau tidak membangun dengan imbalan sangat tergantung pada kinerja masing-masing perangkat daerah,” kata Bupati.
Oeh karena itu, Bupati minta adanya kerja sama, soliditas dan tanggung jawab, dan moral yang tinggi atas kepercayaan yang diberikan kepda para pejabat yang dilantik.
Akhir sambutannya Bupati mengucapkan selamat kepada pejabat yang baru dilantik dan selamat bekerja. Dalam pelantikan ini ada dua pejabat yang yang dilantik dengan media zoom dikarenakan sedang sakit dan cuti dan sedang berada Makassar dan sudah mendapat rekomendasi.
