Polisi menetapkan anak pengidap gangguan mental berinisial A (36) yang menganiaya ibu kandungnya sendiri hingga tewas di Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat, sebagai tersangka.
“Sudah jadi tersangka,” kata Kanit Reskrim Polsek Cengkareng Iptu Bintang saat dikonfirmasi, Selasa (2/11/2021).
Menurut Bintang, A ditetapkan sebagai tersangka karena terbukti telah melakukan penganiayaan kepada ibu kandungnya sendiri.
Bahkan diketahui, penganiayaan yang dilakukan kepada ibunya telah dilakukan berulang kali hingga menyebabkan luka lebam.
“Ditambah dengan hasil visum autopsi dan memang itu terdapat banyak lebam luka di kepala segala macam itu karena adanya kekerasan dan memang keyakinan penyidik kan dia memang tinggal berdua di situ,” jelasnya.
Adapun, pelaku tega melakukan penganiayaan kepada ibumya sendiri karena gangguan menyal yang diidapnya.
Saat ini, lanjut Bintang, pihaknya tengah melakukan observasi kepada A ke RS Polri Kramat Jati untuk pemeriksaan kejiwaan.
“Ya dia mungkin ngerasa karena sering denger bisikan gitu ya, mungkin karena ada sedikit gangguan mungkin ya. Jadi ngerasa liat orang lain itu berbahaya buat dia,” paparnya.
Meski begitu, hingga saat ini belum ada diagnosa penyakit kejiwaan yang diidap pelaku. Polisi.masih koordinasi dengan Dokkes di RS Polri Kramat Jati.
“Nanti kita berkoordinasi dengan dinsos dan pihak keluarga dan dari jaksa nanti untuk kita gelarkan lagi, nanti kita dalami lagi ya apa perlu kita lakukan penahanan atau tidak nanti setelah dilakukan observasi dari rumah sakit,” pungkasnya.
Sebelumnya, seorang ibu berinisial RKL (72) tewas diduga karena dianiaya anaknya sendiri berinisial A (36). Terduga pelaku mengalami gangguan kejiwaan dan diduga tega melakukan penganiayaan kepada ibunya.
Kejadian tersebut terjadi di Jalan Akik I Komplek Perumahan Permata Buana RT015 RW005, Kedaung Kali Angke, Cengkareng, Jakarta Barat pada Jumat (29/10/2021) pagi.
Kanit Reskrim Polsek Cengkareng Iptu Bintang mengatakan A diduga telah melakukan penganiayaan kepada ibunya sendiri sekitar pukul 10 pagi.
Dugaan itu muncul karena terduga pelaku yang merupakan anaknya sendiri itu harus rutin meminum obat dari dokter.
Jika tidak, maka A akan berhalusinasi dan melihat orang-orang yang ada di depannya seakan-akan seperti ancaman.
“Jadi kondisi gangguan kejiwaanya itu ketika dia telat ataupun tidak mengkonsumsi obat dia itu merasa orang-orang di sekitarnya terutama orang-orang di sekitarnya itu seperti melihat sosok menyeramkan,” Jumat (29/10/2021).
Menurut Bintang, saat ditemukan korban mengalami luka lebam pada bagian tangan dekat siku, bagian kepala belakang serta hidung yang mengeluarkan darah.
“Sementara dugaan pakai angan kosong atau benda tumpul. Sementara itu karena tidak ada sampai luka lecet ataupun luka terbuka gitu ga ada,” jelasnya.
