Jambi – Gubernur Jambi Dr. H. Al Haris, S.Sos., MH., mengemukakan, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi serius menangani Kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi. Hal ini disampaikannya saat WAWANCARA NOMINASI PENGHARGAAN JAMSOSTEK (PARITRANA AWARD) TAHUN 2023, bertempat di VIP Room Rumah Dinas Gubernur Jambi, Senin(03/04/2023).
“Alhamdulillah saya telah selesai melakukan wawancara nominasi penghargaan terkait dengan penilaian kementerian Ketenagakerjaan RI, dimana Provinsi Jambi merupakan provinsi yang sudah memperhatikan para pekerja rentan dan miskin ekstrem dengan jaminan kesehatan kepada mereka,” ujar Al Haris.
“Saat ini kita telah melakukan intervensi terhadap angka kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi melalui Program Jaminan Kesehatan, Beasiswa Pendidikan, Bantuan usaha mak-mak dan bantuan usaha kreatif milenial. Saya berharap dengan program yang ada sekarang ini bisa memutus rantai kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi,” lanjut Al Haris.
Al Haris memaparkan, Perkembangan Kondisi angka kemiskinan di Provinsi Jambi mengalami kenaikan dari 7,62% menjadi 7,7% yang dikarenakan ada kebijakan kenaikan BBM yang dilakukan pemerintah sehingga berpengaruh terhadap daya beli masyarakat. Akan tetapi Tingkat Pengangguran Terbuka mengalami penurunan dari 5,09% menjadi 4,59%.
“Disini kita melihat bahwa angka kemiskinan di Jambi mengalami kenaikan yang disebabkan adanya kenaikan BBM sehingga daya beli masyarakat menurun dan mengakibatkan angka kemiskinan naik. Tentu ini tugas kita bersama untuk mengintervensi itu semua,” papar Al Haris.
Al Haris mengungkapakan, Dalam Rangka Memberikan Perlindungan Jaminan Sosial Ketanagakerjaan Bagi Masyarakat Miskin Ekstrem, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi telah mengikutsertakan Masyarakat Miskin Ekstrem dari Seluruh Desa Provinsi Jambi dalam Program Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan sebanyak 76.016 Peserta dari seluruh Masyarakat Provinsi Jambi, dengan menggunakan Anggaran APBD bersifat khusus Tahun 2022 untuk melindungi masayarakat dari Resiko Kecelakaan Kerja dan Kematian.
Program Ini merupakan Pelaksanaan Program DUMISAKE.
Al Haris menuturkan, Rencana dan tindaklanjut inovasi perlindungan jaminan sosial ketenagakerjaan di Provinsi Jambi sebagai tindak lanjut INPRES no. 02 tahun 2021 dan INPRES no.04 tahun 2022 yaitu 1) Perlindungan Berkelanjutan Bagi Masyarakat Miskin Ekstrem Dalam Program Bantuan Keuangan Bersifat Khusus (BKBK); 2) Regulasi Perlindungan Bagi Pekerja Rentan Masyarakat Desa dan Kelurahan; 3) Regulasi Perlindungan Bagi Pekerja Angkutan/Sopir Sektor Minerba; dan 4) Regulasi Perlindungan Bagi Penerima Bantuan Modal Kerja Bagi UMKM/ Industri Rumah Tangga /Start Up/Milenial.
Sementara itu Tim Penilai Penghargaan Jaminan Sosial Ketenagakerjaan Paritrana Award yaitu Andie Megantara, Ph.D., Zainudin., Prof. Dr. Ir. R.
