Gubernur Jambi Al Haris menyampaikan, dengan penguatan nasionalisme dan kedisiplinan ASN sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kualitas pemerintahan dan pelayanan publik.
Meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan, Membangun kepercayaan masyarakat, Meningkatkan efektivitas pemerintahan.
Hal tersebut disampaikan Gubernur saat menjadi inspektur upacara Peningkatan Rasa Nasionalisme dan Kedisiplinan Aparatur Sipil Negara/Anggota KORPRI serta Penyerahan 2000 Surat Keputusan (SK) Tenaga Non ASN Pemerintah Daerah di Lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, bertempat di Lapangan Depan Kantor Gubernur Jambi, Selasa (17/06/2025) pagi.
Dalam sambutan dan arahannya Gubernur Al Haris menyampaikan puji syukur kepada Tuhan yang maha kuasa karena pada hari ini tanggal 17 Juni 2025 tidak terasa bahwa sudah pertengahan tahun 2025.
“Alhamdulillah kita pada hari ini bisa memberikan, SK kepada pegawai non ASN di lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi. Dengan diterimanya SK ini artinya sudah menjadi kewajiban kita bersama untuk berkerja lebih giat dan disiplin lagi,” ucap Gubernur Al Haris.
Dikatakan Gubernur Al Haris, disiplin sangat penting, dimanapun, disiplin merupakan kunci untuk meraih sukses
“Kita perlu meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan kepada masyarakat, meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat terhadap pemerintah, serta membangun citra positif pemerintah. ASN yang memiliki nasionalisme dan kedisiplinan tinggi akan membangun citra positif pemerintah dan meningkatkan kepercayaan Masyarakat,” kata Gubernur Al Haris.
Gubernur Al Haris menjelaskan, penyerahan SK ini untuk penataan agar dinas tidak lagi menerima honorer baru, karena terhitung sejak Oktober 2023 semua lembaga dilarang menerima tenaga kerja.
“Pentingnya SK untuk mereka, antara lain supaya seragam dan memiliki kepercayaan diri dalam melaksanakan tugas. Bagi mereka yang sudah lama bertugas dan memiliki prestasi, akan diangkat menjadi pegawai paruh waktu. Pegawai yang telah dilantik dapat bekerja dengan semaksimal mungkin dan bersungguh-sungguh dalam melaksanakan tugas yang telah diamanahkan,” jelas Gubernur Al Haris.
“Anak-anak perlu bersyukur karena telah diberikan SK pada har ini, tapi pengangkatan sebelum tangal 31 Oktorber 2023 tidak diberikan, malah dirumahkan dan seterusnya diberikan SK, untuk itu perlu terus meningkatkan kinerja, persiapkan dan laksanakan semua program kerja dan seluruh rangkaian kegiatannya dengan sebaik-baiknya, dengan tetap memedomani aturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku, sebab Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi masih tergantung dengan dana transfer dari pemerintah pusat,” lanjutnya.
Gubernur Al Haris juga menuturkan, persaingan antara provinsi saat ini bukan main-main lagi, bersaing dalam peningkatan kinerja.
“Mendisiplinkan diri sendiri itu berakar dan berawal dari syukur kita, kita bersyukur atas kehidupan dengan segala suka dukanya, bersyukur atas pekerjaan kita, yang selanjutnya menjadikan kita berpikir dan bertindak untuk mencintai pekerjaan dan disiplin dengan pekerjaan kita, dengan keinginan dan harapan menggapai hasil yang terbaik,” tutur Gubernur Al Haris.
Nasionalisme dan disiplin sangat penting, dimanapun, disiplin merupakan kunci untuk meraih sukses. Tidak ada negara yang maju di dunia tanpa dibarengi dengan disiplin dan etos kerja yang tinggi, baik dalam pemerintahan maupun di dunia usaha/swasta.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Gubernur Al Haris juga meminta semua yang menerima SK hari ini untuk berkerja dengan baik.
