LINTAS.CO.ID – Perhelatan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) Serentak tahun 2020 akan segera dilaksanakan pada 9 Desember mendatang, tak terkecuali Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur (Tanjabtim).
Namun ada yang unik dalam perhelatan Pilkada kali ini di mana pasangan calon tidak semata diusung oleh partai politik, melainkan juga turut lahirnya pasangan perseorangan (independen).
Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Tanjabtim sendiri sudah melakukan tahapan demi tahapan dalam rangka memverifikasi calon perseorangan mulai dari tingkat PPS, PPK, hingga hari ini, KPU Kabupaten Tanjabtim menggelar Rapat Pleno Terbuka Rekapitulasi hasil verifikasi faktual (Verfak) tingkat kabupaten.
Kegiatan itu sendiri digelar di Gedung Aula KPU Tanjabtim yang dihadiri langsung oleh 5 Komisioner, Bawaslu Provinsi Provinsi, Bawaslu Kabupaten, LO Bapaslon, Seluruh Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) se-kabupaten Tanjabtim, Selasa (21/07/2020) pagi.
Ketua KPU Tanjabtim dalam sambutannya menyampaikan bahwa Ketua KPU mengatakan bahwa rekapitulasi di tingkat Kabupaten kali ini merupakan tahap lanjutan dari rekapitulasi pada tingkat kecamatan.
Dalam kesempatannya, Ketua KPU turut mengucapkan terima kasih kepada seluruh unsur masyarakat yang hadir dalam agenda tersebut.
“Kami ucapkan terima kasih atas semua yang bisa hadir di aula KPU dalam rangka rapat pleno terbuka Rekapitulasi hasil verifikasi faktual dukungan para calon perseorangan Pilbup tahun 2020 dikabupaten tanjabtim.
Lebih lanjut, Nurkholis menjelaskan bahwa beberapa indikator untuk menjalankan Pilkada serentak yang demokratis.
“ada lima indikator atau tahapan dalam persiapan pelaksanaan pilkada serentak yang demokratis pertama regulasi kedua anggaran ketiga tahapan keempat personil dan kelima logistik sesuai dengan perpu nomor 2 tahun 2020 guna untuk menciptakan pilkada yang jurdil,” ujar Nurkholis dalam sambutannya.
Ketua KPU tersebut menjelaskan pemilu yang demokratis harus sejalan dengan prosedur dan berpedoman pada regulasi pemilihan serentak, sehingga bisa tercipta regulasi yang tepat pula. Penyelenggara pemilu dapat melaksanakan dengan baik karena itu bagian atau instrumen dari bagian dari mensuksesan pilkada serentak.
“Karena output yang kita harapkan adalah pemimpin yang dapat memberikan manfaat sebesar besarnya untuk orang banyak, Agar kabupaten tanjabtim menjadi kabupaten yang baldatun thoyyibatun warabbul rapur, gemah ripah loh junawi,” harapnya
