Batanghari – Sejumlah rangkaian kegiatan Jobfit maupun Assesor jabatan tinggi pratama di lingkungan pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari sudah selesai di laksanakan.
Bahkan seluruh rangkaian kegiatan beserta hasil dari kegiatan Jobfit dan Assesor telah berada di tangan Bupati Batanghari, M. Fadhil Arief.
Sebanyak 28 orang peserta jabatan tinggi pratama di ketahui ada yang memperoleh nilai di bawah standar rata rata. Hal ini di katakan Bupati Batanghari M. Fadhil Arief, Kamis (30/09/2021) di ruang kerjanya.
Dijelaskannya, masih ditemukan nilai peserta Jobfit jabatan tinggi pratama di bawah standar rata rata. “Artinya, ini sangat perlu kita kaji dan kita evaluasi kembali bersama tim panitia seleksi (Pansel),” ujar Bupati Fadhil.
“Sebelum semuanya saya sampaikan ke Komisi Aparatur Sipil Negara(KASN), hal ini akan kita pelajari dan kita evaluasi terlebih dahulu. Mekanismenya kita lakukan sesuai dengan aturan,” jelas Fadhil.
“Setelah semuanya dilaporkan ke KASN kita tunggu Rokemendasi selanjutnya dari KASN,” tambahnya.
Masih menurut Fadhil, mengingat Rotasi, Mutasi dan Demosi merupakan bagian dari Jobfit dan Assesmen ini wajib di laksanakan sesuai dengan aturan.
Dalam hal Jobfit maupun Assesor masih banyak nilai peserta di bawah standar rata rata ini akan menjadi bahan kajian dan evaluasi kedepan, apakah masih layak untuk kita tempatkan atau tidak.
“Dalam penilaian yang di lakukan Tim Pansel maupun Tim Assesor mulai dari uji kompentensi, tatap muka dan penilaian terhadap kinerja yang dinilai dari bulan Maret 2021 hingga sekarang.
“Untuk penjabat terutama penjabat eselon II kedepan tidak ada lagi yang tidak memahami tiga puluh enam butir visi dan misi bupati. Semuanya harus bisa memaparkan dan menjalankannya demi menuju Batanghari Tangguh dan lebih baik lagi,” tutup Bupati Fadhil. (Adv)
