(Batanghari/Jambi) – Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari, membuka lowongan kerja sebagai tenaga pekerja tidak tetap (PTT) di seluruh instansi pemerintah yang ada, sesuai dengan petunjuk teknis operasional (PTO), yang sudah ada.
Salah satu instansi pemerintah yang melaksanakan penyeleksian dan penerimaan tenaga PTT yaitu Dinas Lingkungan Hidup, sebanyak 195 berkas surat lamaran yang di terima dari para calon tenaga PTT kini nasibnya belum diketahui.
Pasalnya orang nomor dua di DLH Zamzami, selaku sekretaris ditunjuk serta di percaya sebagai ketua panitia pelaksana penyeleksian dan penjaringan dalam penerimaan tenaga PTT di DLH mengundurkan diri sebagai ketua panitia pelaksana.
Hal ini di sampaikannya kepada sejumlah awak media Kamis (23/12/2021), di ruang kerjanya.
“Saya sudah menyampaikan surat pengunduran diri sebagai ketua pelaksana yang langsung saya sampaikan ke pada Bapak Sekda,” jelas Zamzami.
Ditanya terkait pengunduran dirinya, Zamzami mengaku ada miskomunikasi dengan kepala Dinas LH Parlaungan, dalam hal penerimaan tenaga PTT di lingkup DLH.
Dikatakannya penerimaan tenaga PTT, saat ini seharusnya tetap mengacu kepada petunjuk tehknis operasional (PTO), salah satu persyaratan yaitu mempunyai pengalaman kerja atau tidak, bukan menjadi persoalan dan ini merupakan persyaratan umum.
“Sangat disayangkan apa bila dalam persyaratan tersebut di tambah atau di kurangi yang tidak lagi sesuai dengan yang ada dalam PTO,” sebut Zamzami.
“Saya tidak berani untuk melanjutkan penyeleksian dan memverifikasi seluruh berkas lamaran yang masuk, oleh sebab itu saya membuat surat pengunduran diri sebagai ketua panitia pelaksana hari Senen lalu (20/12/2021) sudah sampai ke tangan pak Sekda,” jelasnya.
“Proses penjaringan dan penyeleksian seluruh berkas dari calon tenaga PTT yang masuk untuk saat ini Deat lock, sambil menunggu instruksi selanjutnya dari pak Sekda,” sebut Zamzami.
Sebelumnya diketahui total tenaga PTT yang akan di butuhkan pada DLH sebanyak 158 orang, baik petugas lapangan maupun petugas Administrasi kantor, hingga saat ini berkas lamaran yang masuk mencapai 195 surat lamaran.
