Menurut keterangan Ketua Rt 13, Kelurahan Parit Culum Satu, Mislanto mengatakan, sebenarnya didalam parit tersebut ada dua ekor buaya yang besarnya sama dengan buaya yang ditemukan, diketahui karena sering muncul dipermukaan air. ” kami berharap buaya yang satunya dapat ditemukan oleh BKSDA karena masyarakat selalu cemas kekebun, bahkan buaya itu kerap memangsa hewan ternak,” katanya.
