TANJABARAT – Wakil Bupati Hairan, SH didampingi Asisten Pemerintahan dan Kesra Hidayat SH, MH memimpin rapat penyelesaian konflik lahan antara kelompok Tani Swakarsa Mandiri (TSM) dan KUD Harapan Maju Desa Rawa Medang yang berlokasi di Kecamatan Batang Asam bertempat di ruang pola utama kantor Bupati, senin (7/2/2022).
Rapat ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari rapat sebelumnya, yang pada beberapa waktu lalu Wakil Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat Hairan, SH melakukan peninjauan lahan bersama tim terpadu.
Saat rapat yang digelar dikantor Bupati diketahui bahwa diduga ada tumpang tindih antara SK Gubernur dengan IUP HKM yang menyebabkan adanya konflik lahan.
Wakil Bupati saat dikonfirmasi membenarkan adanya dugaan tumpang tindih surat tersebut. Selanjutnya di bulan ini minggu ke empat akan mengundang Direktur 3 kementrian diantaranya Perkebunan, BPN dan kehutanan.
“kita akan turun langsung ke lapangan, mengecek kebenaran SK 3 Kementrian tersebut semoga nanti ada titik jelas supaya tidak terjadi lagi warisan-warisan permasalahan tapal batas dan masalah konflik dengan perusahaan ditahun mendatang, ujar Wabup.
Selain itu Pemkab juga akan mengundang kementerian Desa dan PDTT, Kementerian LHK, Kementerian ATR/BPN dan terkait untuk verifikasi di lapangan dilanjutkan dengan rapat di lapangan dan Jadwal akan dikoordinasikan lebih lanjut.
“Insya Allah Terkait kesediaan pihak kementerian, jika kementerian PDT sudah menyatakan bersedia hadir saat peninjauan, Sedangkan Untuk Kehadiran Kementerian LHK dan Kementeria ATR / BPN, kita akan kita akan koordinasika dg kementerian tersebut, semoga masalah ini cepat selesai tanpa ada yang dirugikan”Demikian kata Wabup.
