RIAU – Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat Drs. H. Anwar Sadat, M.Ag di dampingi Ketua TP-PKK Hj. Fadhilah Sadat hadiri serta membuka secara resmi pelaksanaan seleksi terbuka pengisian Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama lingkup Pemkab Tanjab Barat, Rabu (16/11) di UPT Penilaian Kompetensi Pekanbaru, Riau.
Turut hadir pada pembukaan Sekretaris Daerah, Asisten Administrasi Umum, Kepala BKPSDM, Inspektur, Panitia seleksi Jabatan Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama, Anggota Sekretariat Panpel lingkup Pemkab Tanjab Barat, hadir dari Provinsi Riau Asisten III H. Joni Irwan, SH., MH, Kepala BKD Riau Ikhwan Ridwan, SH.MSi, Kepala BPSDM Drs. Asrizal, M.Pd.
Uji Kompetensi/ Assessment Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama yang dilaksanakan sejak 16 sampai dengan 17 Februari 2022 ini diikuti 49 orang Peserta yang mengikuti assesment telah dinyatakan lulus seleksi Administrasi untuk menduduki 12 jabatan eselon II b.
Mengawali sambutannya, Bupati Anwar Sadat mengucapkan selamat mengikuti seleksi kepada peserta sembari berharap seleksi terbuka itu memuaskan dan bisa menjadi acuan untuk pengabdian kepada bangsa dan negara, khususnya masyarakat Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
“Melalui proses penilaian kompetensi ini kedepannya, pengelolaan sumber daya manusia aparatur di lingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat diharapkan semakin baik dan dengan kompetensi profesionalisme yang mereka miliki, tentunya aparatur akan mampu memberikan pelayanan yang prima kepada masyarakat,” ujarnya.
Anwar Sadat mengaku yakin, seleksi terbuka Assessment dapat menghasilkan output tersusunnya profil kompetensi Pejabat Pimpinan Tinggi Pratama dilingkungan Pemkab Tanjab Barat.
“Hasil assessment kiranya dapat menempatkan pejabat yang tepat sesuai kompetensinya,” ucapnya.
Diakhir sambutannya Bupati mengucapkan terima kasih kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Riau dalam hal ini BKD Provinsi Riau yang telah memfasilitasi kegiatan ini. “Terima kasih kepada Pemerintah Provinsi Riau dalam hal ini BKD Provinsi Riau yang telah memfasilitasi kegiatan Uji Kompetensi dalam rangka seleksi terbuka JPT pratama dilingkungan Pemkab Tanjab Barat,” tuturnya.
Sebelumnya, Sekda Provinsi Riau dalam hal ini diwakili Asisten Administrasi Umum H. Joni Irwan, SH., MH dalam sambutannya mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat beserta jajaran dan peserta uji kompetensi di Provinsi Riau.
“Atas nama Pemerintah Provinsi Riau kami mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Bapak Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat beserta jajaran dan para peserta uji kompetensi di Provinsi Riau,” imbuhnya.
Joni mengakui hal ini merupakan kerjasama antara Pemerintah Provinsi Riau dengan Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat yang kedua kalinya. “Sebelumnya dilaksanakan di tahun 2019 dalam hal penilaian dan kompetensi dalam rangka seleksi terbuka jabatan pimpinan tinggi pratama, semoga kedepannya dapat terus bersinergi menjalin kerja sama,” tutupnya.
