Jambi – Mengawali hari pertama masuk kerja pasca libur Idul Fitri 1444 H, Rabu (26/04) bertempat di lapangan Kantor Gubernur, Gubernur Jambi Dr. H. Al Haris, S.Sos,MH memimpin langsung Apel Kedisiplinan ASN setelah Cuti Idul Fitri 1444 H Lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi. Turut Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut Wakil Gubernur Jambi H. Abdullah Sani, M.Pd.I, Sekda Provinsi Jambi Sudirman, SH,MH, dan para Kepala OPD dilingkungan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi.
Dalam upacara tersebut Gubernur Jambi H. Al Haris menyampaikan bahwa saat ini pemerintah dituntut untuk bekerja dengan maksimal dalam melayani masyarakat. Dan tidak ada pegawai, baik Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS) maupun Pegawai Tidak Tetap (PTT) yang memperpanjang sendiri libur tanpa ada keterangan yang jelas.
“Hari ini tidak ada yang titip absen termasuk juga UPTD akan kita lihat nanti kehadirannya dari masing-masing. Kepala OPD akan melaporkan berapa stafnya yang hadir, sebab semakin hari kita dituntut berkinerja yang baik, kinerja yang baik akan muncul kalaulah masing masing kita memiliki disiplin yang baik, tidak mungkin kinerja akan baik, akan bagus, kalau didalamnya ada orang-orangnya tidak disiplin, karena disiplin adalah modal utama untuk meraih kinerja yang baik. Kinerja tersebut dihasilkan oleh organisasi, dan organisasi dari masing-masing person dari Kepala Dinas sampai bawahnya, inilah yang menghasilkan kinerja nantinya. Patuhi agenda-agenda yang sudah dibuat, kalau masih saja ada yang ingkar, tidak hadir, berarti sengaja untuk tidak disiplin,” ujar Gubernur.
Gubernur juga mengingatkan bahwa saat ini sudah memasuki akhir April dimana semua APBD sudah mulai berproses. “Kita sudah memasuki April akhir April 2023, semua kegiatan sudah mulai berproses, APBD sudah mulai dilaksanakan dengan baik meski ada beberapa catatan perubahan mendahului, ini juga segera kita lakukan. Yang penting adalah setiap kita mulai satu pekerjaan maka diawasi dengan baik, adanya pengawasan yang baik dari seluruh jajaran internal kita. Sebab kalau tidak ada pengawasan, ini yang kadang kita kecewa,” jelas Gubernur.
Gubernur juga menyampaikan bahwa saat ini proses lelang sudah dilaksanakan. “Mulai hari ini sudah mulai jalan semua, baik yang lelang, tender maupun e-katalog, karena kita sudah mempunyai kewajiban tahun ini Indonesia sudah menerapkan bahwa semua lembaga pemerintah sudah mulai menerapkan yang namanya e-katalong. Kewajiban Jambi tahun ini lebih kurang Rp 400 milyar yang harus di e-kalog kan, ini perlu kesiapan kita, tenaga kita, SDM kita. Sehinggga apa yang diwajibkan oleh pemerintah pusat sudah mulai dijalankan dengan baik,” ungkap Gubernur.
Gubernur juga menyatakan bahwa saat ini untuk melakukan efektifitas dan efisiensi dalam bekerja. ”Semakin hari dana-dana yang mengucur dari pemerintah pusat semakin minim, DAU semakin turun, DBH pas-pasan. Untuk itu kita, karena sumber-sumber keuangan kita dari pusat sudah mulai diatur, maka daerah juga mulai mengatur dengan cermat keuangan kita dengan efisiensi yang tinggi, penggunaan lampu-lampu sudah diatur dengan baik, listrik diatur dengan seefisien mungkin. Hindari kegiatan yang kira-kira tidak ada urgensinya dengan tugas kita,” tutur Gubernur.
Diakhir sambutan dan arahannya Gubernur mengajak untuk bersyukur atas peringatan dan perayaan Idul Fitri 1444 H yang berlangsung aman dan tertib, serta momen sukacita bisa bersilaturahmi bersama keluarga, sahabat dan kerabat. ”Momen silaturahmi sambutan Gubernur/Apel Kedisiplinan ASN setelah Cuti Idul Fitri 1444 H/Biro Adpim-2023 itu merupakan kesempatan yang kita tunggu-tunggu. Kesempatan berkumpul dan bersilaturahmi, merajut persaudaraan, kebersamaan dan kekeluargaan bersama keluarga, sanak saudara, sahabat, dan kerabat tersebut merupakan hal yang sangat berharga, semacam recharge (mengisi kembali) dan meningkatkan semangat kita. Itu semua berkah yang harus disyukuri dan harus dimaknai untuk meningkatkan kualitas hidup, meningkatkan iman dan takwa, dan meningkatkan kinerja,” pungkas Gubernur. (Red)
