Muaro Jambi – Sekretaris Daerah kabupaten Muaro Budhi Hartono l.bS Sos,. MT Menghadiri Acara serah terima jabatan dan pisah sambut kepala lembaga pemasyarakatan perempuan kelas ll B Jambi,kamis (26/10/2023).
Kepala Lembaga Pemasyarakatan (LP) Perempuan Klas IIB Jambi diganti. Jabatan yang sebelumnya diemban ole Triana Agustin, A.Md., S.H., M.H, kini jabatan tersebut diamankan kepada Susi Andriany Pohan, A.Ks. S.Sos.,M.Si.
Banyak yang telah dibuat oleh Triana Agustin selama ini, diantaranya pagelaran seni tunggal warga binaan dengan judul ekspresi suara dibalik jeruji, kemudian menjadikan lapas produktif yang menghasilkan konfeksi untuk baju warga binaan serta menjadikan lapas perempuan semakin maju dibandingkan dengan sebelumnya.
Triana Agustin dipromosikan menjadi kepala Lapas Perempuan klas IIA Tenggarong Kalimantan Timur. Sementara Susi Andriany Pohan sebagai penggantinya sebelumya menjabat sebagai Kabid Giatja Lapas Klas I Semarang.
Kepergian Triana Agustin menumpahkan banyak air mata, dimana puluhan orang yang ada di sana menangis, terutama dari pegawai dan warga binaan.
Kepergian Triana Agustin memang membuat mereka terhenyuh, dimana sejak dia menjabat sebagai Kalapas sudah banyak perubahan yang dia lakukan.
Diacara pisah sambut Kalapas Klas IIB Jambi, Kamis (26/10), Triana Agustin menyebut jika awalnya memang berat baginya, apalagi saat itu fasilitas sangat terbatas
Waktu itu terlihat gedung teknis, blok lapas dan fasilitas yang minim.
Namun karena jerih payah dan perjuangan yang luar biasa, akhirnya lapas yang tadinya banyak tumpukan tanah liat, kini disulap dengan gedung yang modern.
“Saya dibantu oleh berbagai pihak, terutama dari kantor Kemenkumham Jambi, pemerintah provinsi Jambi, kabupaten Muaro Jambi dan stakeholder yang telah membantu kami selama ini,” kata Triana Agustin.
Katanya, tanpa dukungan semua pihak, mustahil baginya selama 2 tahun 9 bulan memimpin lapas Klas IIB Jambi bisa membangun seperti ini.
“Alhamdulillah kami sudah memiliki fasilitas untuk warga binaan, ada poliklinik, masjid, gereja dan fasilitas lainnya,” kata Triana Agustin.
Dia berharap, setelah dia tak lagi menjabat sebagai Kalapas Klas IIB Jambi, lapas ini semakin maju dan berkembang.
Sementara itu, Susi Andriany Pohan menyebut jika dirinya sangat terharu dengan prestasi dan keberhasilan oleh Triana Agustin.
“Jujur, saat ini saya belum punya program. Untuk lebih awal, saya akan melanjutkan program dari ibu Triana,” kata Susi.
Dia berharap semua pihak bisa membantunya dalam menjalankan tugas. Terutama seluruh pegawai yang ada di lapas Klas IIB Jambi,”unjarnya. (Adv)
