Jambi – Sebanyak 55 orang Anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi masa jabatan 2024-2029 yang baru saja dilantik, mengikuti kegiatan orientasi pendalaman tugas dan fungsi sebagai anggota DPRD.
Orientasi ini diselenggarakan Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia (BPSDM) Kementerian Dalam Negeri (Kemendagri) di Hotel Bidakara Jakarta Selatan, 23-27 September 2024.
Kegiatan Orientasi seluruh anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi masa jabatan 2024-2029 itu dibuka langsung Kepala BPSDM Kemendagri, Dr. Sugeng Hariyono, M.Pd.
Adapun tujuan orientasi bagi Anggota DPRD Provinsi angkatan XI itu yakni memahami ruang lingkup tufoksi dan wewenang DPRD serta meningkatkan integritas dan moralitas dalam mengimplementasikan kode etik untuk menjaga martabat, kehormatan, citra dan kredibilitas DPRD.
Beberapa materi yang akan diterima 55 anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi yaitu wawasan kebangsaan, sistem pemerintahan Indonesia, penguatan dan penegakan peraturan perundang-undangan.
Kemudian terkait fungsi tugas dan wewenang DPRD, Tatib dan hak serta kewajiban DPRD, pokok-pokok pikiran (Pokir), kode etik dan tata beracara serta pembahasan isu aktual.(red)
