Sarolangun – Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Edi Purwanto mengunjungi masyarakat yang menjadi korban musibah kebakaran di Desa Tendah, Kecamatan Cermin Nan Gedang (CNG), Kabupaten Sarolangun, Kamis malam (12/10). Kunjungan Edi Purwanto ini dilakukan bersama dengan Gubernur Jambi, Al Haris, anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Hapis Hasbiallah, serta pihak terkait lainnya.
Pada kesempatan ini Edi Purwanto menyebut bahwa setidaknya ada sekitar 30 Kepala Keluarga yang menjadi korban musibah kebakaran ini. Untuk itu, pada kunjungan ini secara simbolis diberikan bantuan uang senilai Rp30 juta yang merupakan CSR dari Bank Jambi.
“Malam ini kita meninjau korban bencana kebakaran dimana ada sekitar 30 KK yang menjadi korban, tadi bersama pak Gubernur, Pak Pj Bupati, Pak Ketua DPRD Sarolangun, Pak Hapis diserahkan bantuan CSR Bank Jambi dan semoga ini bisa meringkan beban masyarakat kita,”ujarnya.
Lebih lanjut disampaikan oleh Edi Purwanto bahwa nanti dirinya akan mencoba melalui APBD Provinsi Jambi untuk dapat memberikan bantuan tambahan untuk para korban. Disisi lain, Ia menyebut bahwa sudah berkoordinasi dengan pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun juga untuk memberikan bantuan.
“Insha allah kita intervensi dengan anggaran apbd provinsi jambi dan tadi juga berkoordinasi dengan kabupaten juga insha allah ada bantuan. Kami berharap bantuan yang diberikan tidak hanya bisa untuk makan, namun juga bisa untuk membangun rumah karena itu yang penting,”pungkasnya.(Adv)
