Muaro Jambi – Anggota Dewan Perwakilan Rakyat Daerah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Provinsi Jambi Dapil II Kumpeh Ulu dan Kumpeh temukan banyak pekerjaan fisik yang didanai oleh APBD Tahun Anggaran 2024 yang diduga masih tak sesuai spesifikasi.
Temuan itu mereka dapati saat melakukan kegiatan evaluasi pekerjaan fisik tahun lalu, saat mengecek pembangunan jalan yang berada di Desa Kota Karang Kecamatan Kumpeh Ulu.
Jalan yang membentang sepanjang kurang lebih 2 KM itu dikerjakan oleh PT. Kontruksi Pribumi Manggala, sebagai pihak pemenang lelang. Anggaran yang digelontorkan untuk pembangunan jalan yang kondisinya sudah retak itu, berjumlah sekitar Rp. 7,7 miliar.
“Kami ukur tadi kira-kira 2 kilometer (red-panjang jalan), belum lama dibangun sudah retak jalannya. Aspalnya terlalu tipis,” kata Bustomi, anggota DPRD Dapil II dari partai Nasdem Selasa (25/02/2025)
Bustomi mengatakan, bahwa setiap pembangunan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan uang negara haruslah memberi sebesar-besarnya manfaat untuk masyarakat. Tentunya, kata dia, dalam pengerjaannya harus sesuai spesifikasi.
“Iya, (red-jalan ini) di dalam azaz manfaat kurang tepat. Karena, tidak ada tembusan, hutan pula,” katanya.
Bustomi menyampaikan,selain aspalnya yang tipis, pembangunan gorong-gorong di jalan tersebut juga menjadi sorotan Dewan. Menurut Bustomi, pembangunan gorong-gorong di jalan tersebut kurang bagus pengerjaannya.
“Buntu gorong-gorongnya, (red-kalau hujan deras) biso banjir,” kata Bustomi.
Bustomi berharap pihak kontraktor pengerjaan jalan ini bisa bertanggungjawab. Hasil evaluasi ini sendiri nantinya akan segera mereka tindaklanjuti. (red)
