Kualatungkal, LINTAS.co.id – Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat Jambi, Dr. Ir. H. Safrial, MS didampingi Wakil Bupati Drs. H. Amir Sakib menyambut kunjungan kerja dan silaturahmi Kasdam II/ Sriwijaya Brigjen TNI Mohammad Zamroni, S.IP beserta rombongan di rumah dinas bupati, Sabtu (30/05/).
Pada sambutannya, Bupati Safrial mengucapkan selamat datang kepada Kasdam II Sriwijaya beserta isteri dan rombongan di Bumi Serengkuh Dayung Serentak Ketujuan, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat.
Selanjutnya Bupati Safrial memapapakan secara singkat terkait letak geografis dan kondisi Tanjab Barat, serta kultur masyarakatnya yang terdiri dari beberapa etnis dan agama atau masyarakat yang heterogennamun semua berdampingan dengan rasa kebersamaan yang tinggi.
Terkait upaya pencegahan penyebaran Covid 19, juga disampaikan, hingga kini pihaknya telah melakukan koordinasi bersama jajaran Polres dan Kodim 0419.
“Pemkab bersama Polres dan Kodim 0419 Tanjab Barat dibantu instansi terkait telah melaksanakan koordinasi, sosialisasi kepada masyarakat yang tergabung dalam gugus tugas daerah pengamanan Covid- 19. Mendirikan posko bersama untuk memantau, melakukan patroli serta tindakan pencegahan terhadap masyarakat,” ujar Safrial.
Sementara Kasdam II/ Sriwijaya Brigjen TNI Muhammad Zamroni, S.IP dalam sambutannya mengucapkan terimakasih kepada bupati dan jajaran atas penyambutan kunjungannya bersama rombongan.
Provinsi Jambi merupakan salah satu provinsi dengan sumber daya alam yang cukup banyak. Diperlukan sumber daya manusia (SDM) yang baik agar dapat mengolahnya.
Selain itu disampaikan, semoga wabah Covid-19 ini segera berakhir. Serta diingatkan bahaya narkoba yang dapat merusak generasi muda.
