Lintas.co.id(Tanjung Jabung Barat) – Dalam memutuskan mata rantai penyebaran Covid-19 di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Pemkab Tanjab Barat bakal mengambil tindakan tegas terhadap pelanggaran Protokol Kesehatan (prokes) terutama ditempat kerumunan dan keramaian.
Tindakan ini tak lepas dari meningkatnya kasus pasien terpapar Covid-19 di Kabupaten Pesisi Timu Jambi ini. Hal ini disampaikan oleh Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat H. Safrial. Ia menyebutkan bahwa Pemkab dalam hal ini akan terus melakukan pengetatan dan pengawasan pelaksanaan protokol kesehatan, tindakan represif seperti pembubaranpun akan dilakukan.
“Makanya saya katakan dengan Kapolres, kedepan Pemkab dan Satgas Covid-19 perlu mengambil tindakan tegas,” ungkap Safrial usai Pencanangan Vaksinasi Covid-19, Kamis (04/02/21). Menurut Safrial, kedepannya bagi warga yang menggelar acara resepsi pernikahan. Tapi melanggar atau tidak menerapkan protokol kesehatan akan dibubarkan.
“Covid-19 ini sangat berbahaya, sudah banyak korban yang terpapar. Cuma kadang-kadang masyarakat kita ini menganggap hal semacam ini sepele,” ungkapnya.
Namun Safrial lebih mengkhawatirkan lagi tempat tempat ibadah, karena itu ia juga meminta bantuan para tokoh agama untuk lebih intensif mengajak jamaahnya mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
“Saya meminta kepada tokoh-tokoh agamanya masing-masing menjelaskan bahwa penyakit ini sangat berbahaya,” pesannya. Ia menyebutkan bahwa, apalagi ketika melakukan sholat berjamaah terkadang banyak masyarakat tidak mematuhi protokol kesehatan.
“Nanti kalau melakukan tindakan keras, dibilang kita ini lain lagi aliran agamanya,” ucapnya. Karena itu, Safrial mengajak masyarakat untuk selalu menjaga prokes serta melihat kejadian yang lalu dan dapat dijadikan sebuah pembelajaran, karena kata dia, hanya mendampingi yang sakit tepapar Covid-19 akhirnya yang sehat meninggal.
“Lihat teman-teman kita kemarin. Jadi kita ambil pelajaran, jangan kita nekat semau sendiri,” pungkasnya. (red)
