Lintas.co.id(Tanjung Jabung Barat) – Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Tanjung Jabung Barat Ir.H.Agus Sanusi mengatakan kenaikan honor ketua RT Rp. 200 ribu perbulan mulai 2021 ini merupakan realisasi janji kampanye Bupati Safrial.(17/01/21)
Dikatakannya, hal ini setelah selama 5 tahun Honor RT ini tidak mengalami kenaikan. Sehingga di akhir masa jabatan Bupati merealisasikan menaikkan honor ketua RT ini.
”Malah awalnya dewan minta Rp. 1 juta atau naik Rp.600 ribu, tetapi karena anggaran kita tak mencukupi hanya kita setuju Rp 200 ribu,” sambungnya.
Menurut Sekda RT merupakan ujung tombak pemerintahan terdepan, sehingga dengan beban kerja RT saat ini sudah selayaknya mendapatkan peningkatan honor yang sesuai.
”RT kan kerjanya sebagai ujung tombak pemerintahan, dibandingkan kepala dusun kerja RT lebih berat. Padahal kepada dusun mendapatkan honor yang jauh lebih tinggi dari RT,” pungkasnya. (red)
