Merangin – Dalam melaksankan amanat UU Nomor 28 Tahun 1999 tentang Penyelenggara Negara Yang Bersih Dan Bebas Dari Korupsi, Kolusi Dan Nepotisme dan UU Nomor 30 Tahun 2002 tentang Komisi Pemberantasan Tindak Pindana Korupsi, KPK RI akan melakukan pemeriksaan LHKPN Penyelenggara Negara di Propinsi Jambi mulai hari Senin- Rabu (4-6 Maret 2019).
“Mulai Senin-Rabu (4-6 Maret 2019) Tim KPK ditugaskan untuk melakukan pemeriksaan LHKPN terhadap 14 orang Penyelenggara Negara di daerah Jambi,”jelas Adliansyah Malik Nasution Koordinator Wilayah Koorsup KPK menyampaikan ke Lintas.co.id melalui WhatsApp pribadinya, Minggu (3/3).
Menurut Nasution, pemeriksaan
sebagai sebuah proses klarifikasi beberapa informasi terkait kekayaan Penyelenggara Negara. Jika terdapat kekurangan informasi yang dilaporkan oleh Penyelenggara Negara sebelumnya, maka diharapkan dalam proses pemeriksaan dapat dilengkapi.
Adapun Pemeriksaan akan dilakukan di Kantor Gubernur Provinsi Jambi. Sesuai jadwal pemeriksaan dikakukan sema 3 (tiga) hari.
Hari Senin (4/2) yang diperiksa :
1. Adirozal (Bupati Kerinci)
2. Syahirsah (Bupati Batang Hari)
3. Asafri Jaya Bakri (Walikota Sungai Penuh)
Hari Selasa (5/2/2019) yang dioeriksa :
1. Bambang Bayu Suseno (Wakil Bupati Muaro Jambi):
2. Sofia Joesoef (Wakil Bupati Batang Hari)
3. Mashuri (Bupati Bungo);
4. Safrial (Bupati Tanjung Jabung Barat)
5. Masnah (Bupati Muaro Jambi)
6. Al Haris (Bupati Merangin)
Untuk hari Rabu (6/3/2019) yang diperiksa:
1. Sukandar (Bupati Tebo)
2. Hilal Latif Badri (Wakil Bupati Sarolangun)
3. Abdul Khafidh Moein (Mantan Wakil Bupati Merangin)
4. Syarif Fasha (Walikota Jambi);
5. Zulhelmi (Wakil Walikota Sungai Penuh)
KPK, mengingatkan kepada Kepala Daerah yang akan diperiksa, jika terdapat kekurangan informasi yang dilaporkan sebelumnya, maka diharapkan dalam proses pemeriksaan dapat dilengkapi.
“Melalui proses Pelaporan dan Pemeriksaan LHKPN, KPK mengingatkan bahwa hal tersebut merupakan kewajiban Penyelenggara Negara sebagai bukti keterbukaan terhadap masyarakat,” tegasnya.
Dengan keterbukaan melaporkan LHKPN
merupakan keniscayaan bagi pejabat publik, sehingga jangan sampai ada kekayaan yang disembunyikan
“KPK percaya, saat dilakukan pemeriksaan tidak ada yang disembunyikan harus ada itikad baik dari para Penyenggara Negara di Jambi untuk melaporkan kekayaannya semaksimal mungkin,”harapnya.
KPK menegaskan LHKPN merupakan kewajiban Penyelenggara Negara tentunya Kepala Daerah harus bekerjasama memberikan informasi yang benar terhadap LHKPN yang disampaikan jangan sampai ada yang ditutupi.
“Kegiatan pemeriksaan merupakan kolaborasi aksi Satgas Korsup Jambi dengan Direktorat LHKPN KPK,”ujarnya.(lik/man)
