Lintas.co.id(Jambi)- Plh.Gubernur Jambi H.Sudirman, SH,MH membuka secara resmi Rapat Koordinasi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jambi dan Kabupaten/Kota, Senin (15/2), bertempat di aula BPSDM. Dalam sambutannya Plh Gubernur Jambi menyatakan bahwa Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) yang berkualitas dan berdaya saing adalah modal utama dalam pembangunan. Hadir pada kesempatan tersebut Kepala Badan Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jambi, H M Iskandar Nasution.
“Ada tiga kompetensi yang harus dikembangkan ketika kita menjadi Aparatur Sipil Negara untuk memberikan pelayanan terbaik bagi masyarakat. Pertama kompetensi manajerial, kompetensi manajerial calon pemimpin atau pemimpin harus dapat ditingkatkan kompetensi manajerial antara lain membangun kebersamaan, kedua kompetensi intelektual, rakor dan pelatihan yang dilakukan adalah salah satu upaya untuk meningkatkan intelektual, yang nantinya mengarah pada profesional, dan ketiga adalah kompetensi moral, ini sangat penting jangan gadaikan ASN Anda untuk kepentingan sesaat, hormati pimpinan dan bawahan” ujar Sudirman.
Ditegaskan Plh Gubernur bahwa modal utama dalam pembangunan bukanlah sumber daya alam atau kekayan alam saja, melainkan SDM yang berkualitas. “Inilah paradigma yang harus kita bangun. Untuk itu, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi bekerja sama dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan berupaya untuk meningkatkan kualitas sumber daya manusia Provinsi Jambi, baik aparatur pemerintah maupun masyarakat luas. Guna meningkatkan kualitas dan kompetensi aparatur pemerintah, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi bersinergi dengan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi menyelenggarakan Rapat Koordinasi Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia Provinsi Jambi dan Kabupaten/Kota se Provinsi Jambi” katanya.
Dijelaskan Plh Gubernur bahwa Pengembangan Sumber Daya Manusia sebagaimana diamanatkan dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 5 Tahun 2014 dan Undang-Undang Nomor 23 Tahun 2014 yang merupakan payung hukum dalam pengembangan sumber daya manusia. “Untuk itu, pemerintah berkepentingan melakukan berbagai deregulasi bidang pengembangan sumber daya manusia.
