Tanjab Barat, Lintas.co.id – Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Tanjung Jabung Barat (Tanjab Barat), melakukan rapat koordinasi dengan pihak PT Pelita Wira Sejahtera (PT PWS) serta perwakilan masyarakat, di Aula Rumah Dinas Bupati Tanjab Barat, Sabtu (03/04/2021).
Rapat koordinasi ini terkait dampak pembangunan tanggul jebol oleh pihak perusahaan, yang mengakibatkan puluhan hektar perkebunan milik masyarakat Desa Muara Seberang, Kecamatan Seberang Kota mengalami kerusakan akibat banjir.
Rapat koordinasi ini, dipimpin lansung oleh Bupati Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat, Anwar Sadat. Dihadiri Sekretaris Daerah (Sekda) Tanjab Barat Agus Sanusi, Asisten II Erwin, Kadis Perkebunan, Kadis Perizinan, Camat Seberang Kota, Kabag Hukum Setda Tanjab Barat, Kabag SDA, Kepala DLH, dan OPD terkait, serta Kepala Desa Muara Seberang Sahwani.
Bupati Tanjab Barat, dalam arahannya meminta kepada pihak PT PWS agar mengikuti aturan, sesuai dengan perundang-undangan yang berlaku, baik peraturan kementerian serta peraturan daerah.
“Perusahaan harus memiliki izin lokasi. Pembelian tanah tanpa memiliki izin lokasi untuk membuka perusaaa, ini indikasi menghindari HGU. Izin lingkungan Amdal menjadi syarat wajib,” tegas bupati.
Setelah mengkaji, PT PWS yang beroperasi tanpa izin membuka lahan perusahaan diduga ada upaya hindari Hak Guna Usaha (HGU), izin lokasi belum diterbitkan namun sudah beli lahan.
PT PWS diduga tidak mengindahkan prosedur pembukaaan lahan, studi kelayakan tidak dilakukan. Masyarakat sudah mau berkompromi dalam rangka memperbaiki tanggul senilai Rp 80 juta, akan tetapi pihak perusahaan menawarkan setengah dari harga tersebut.
Berdasarkan dari kesimpulan keseluruhan, Pemkab Tanjab Barat membekukan sementara aktifitas perusahaan, serta mengintruksikan pihak perusahaan agar segera perbaiki tanggul jebol, berkisar 80 hektar yang mengakibatkan lahan warga rusak.
Mengingat pihak perusahaan mempunyai alat yang memadai, Bupati Tanjab Barat juga meminta pihak PT PWS dalam hal ini Dedi sebagai penanggung jawab, agar segera mungkin memperbaiki tanggul perusahaan.
Bupati juga memaparkan terkait urusan pelayanan perizinan, Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat sendiri sudah masuk pada peringkat terbaik dari 11 kabupaten yang ada di Provinsi Jambi.
“Perizinan kami terbaik. Urus izin sendiri itu mudah, DPM PTSP kami terbaik dari 11 kabupaten se provinsi jambi,” papar bupati di hadapan pihak perusahaan serta perwakilan masyarakat yang hadir.
Mendengar pemaparan serta ketegasan kepala daerah, pimpinan perusahaan PT PWS bersedia memperbaiki tanggul dengan alat berat, sesuai kesepakatan bersama. (AdV)
