Muaro Jambi – Wakil Bupati Muaro Jambi, Bambang Bayu Suseno, SP., MM., M. Si mendampingi Tim Gugus Tugas Penanganan Virus Corona (Covid-19) yang dipimpin langsung oleh Gubernur Jambi H. Fachrori dan didampingi oleh Kapolda Jambi, dalam rangka Monitoring Posko dan Pemeriksaan kendaraan yang masuk dari luar daerah di perbatasan wilayah Provinsi Jambi-Sumatera Selatan di Desa Sungai Landai, Kecamatan Mestong Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Rabu (1/4/2020).
Pada kesempatan tersebut, Wabup Bambang Bayu Suseno menghimbau agar aparat desa, RT serta RW untuk selalu aktif memantau warga yang datang ke wilayahnya masing-masing.
“Jika ada warga yang kesehatannya menurun, saya berharap segera lapor ke tim gugus penangulangan covid-19 Muaro Jambi,” ajak Bambang Bayu Suseno.
Wabup Muaro Jambi, Bambang Bayu Suseno juga menghimbau agar masayarakat dapat mematuhi peraturan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pemerintah.
“Mari kita patuhi peraturan kesehatan, sebisa mungkin untuk tetap berada di rumah untuk mencegah penularan dan penyebaran virus corona. Saya berharap aparat desa, RT dan RW menjadi garda terdepan dalam pencegahan penularan visur Corona ini,” ucapnya.
Sementara itu, Kapolres Muaro Jambi, AKBP Ardiyanto mengatakan, bahwa pihaknya telah menurunkan 30 personil kepolisian yang terdiri dari polsek dan polres Muaro Jambi.
“Selain petugas Polres ada juga personil Kodim, BPBD Kesbangpol Muaro Jambi. Kita bersinergi karena pencegahan ini merupakan tanggungjawab kita bersama. Tak hanya di perbatasan saja, pencegahan ini juga dilakukan di tingkat desa dan Kecamatan,” pungkas Kapolres. (Red)
