Lintas.co.id(Muaro Jambi) – Bupati Muaro Jambi, Hj.Masnah Busyro, S.E menyerahkan sertipikat tanah kepada masyarakat penerima di Desa Talang Kerinci, pada Rabu (3/2/21).
Kegiatan dihadiri oleh Kepala Bidang Pemetaan Kanwil ATR/BPN Provinsi Jambi, Ketua DPRD Muaro Jambi, Kepala BPN Muaro Jambi, Kapolres Muaro Jambi, unsur Forkompimda, Perwakilan Bank Mandiri Cabang Sengeti, jajaran Kepala OPD Pemkab Muaro Jambi, Camat Sungai Gelam, Forkompimcam Sungai Gelam, Kepala Desa Talang Kerinci, Ketua BPD Talang Kerinci, Kades se-Kecamatan Sungai Gelam, Tokoh Masyarakat, serta 50 orang penerima sertipikat.
Kegiatan ini merupakan Program Pendaftaran Tanah Sistematis Lengkap (PTSL), yang hampir tiap hari diberikan kepada masyarakat Muaro Jambi. Pada kegiatan kali ini, masyarakat Desa Talang Kerinci menerima sertipikat sebanyak 475 persil yang sebelumnya telah diberikan sebanyak 952 persil.
Kepala Bidang Penetapan Hak dan Pendaftaran Kanwil ATR/BPN Provinsi Jambi, Suparman, dalam sambutanya menuturkan, di Tahun 2020 lalu Muaro Jambi mendapat kuota sebanyak 5580 bidang tanah yang telah tersertipikat, dan di Tahun 2021 ini mendapat kuota sebanyak 26.375 yang akan diberikan secara bertahap.
“Muaro Jambi di Tahun 2020 kebagian 5580 bidang tanah yang disertipikat. Alhamdulillah selesai semua. Di tahun 2021 ini kebagian 26375. Bapak-bapak, Ibu-ibu, kami berterima kasih atas sinergisitasnya. Kalau tidak karena bantuan aparatur pemerintah kabupaten, maka ini susah untuk berhasil”, tuturnya.
Bupati Muaro Jambi, Hj.Masnah Busyro, dalam sambutan dan arahannya menyampaikan, dirinya berharap kepada masyarakat agar menjaga sebaik-baiknya sertipikat yang telah diberikan. Sertipikat tersebut juga bisa digunakan untuk akses permodalan dengan pihak bank untuk pembiayaan usaha.
“Tanah adalah aset yang sangat berharga bagi kita. Saya sangat bangga dan apresiasi, karena Muaro Jambi mendapat kuota paling banyak di Jambi. Saya akan selalu mendukung dan membantu. Karena ini bermanfaat sekali untuk masyarakat banyak. Dan Bapak Ibu semuanya, sertipikat ini bisa diagunkan ke Bank. Gunanya untuk modal usaha. Bapak Ibu jangan gunakan sertipikat untuk membeli barang konsumtif seperti membeli motor dan mobil. Nanti tidak mampu bayar tanahnya disita bank”, ujarnya.
Kegiatan dilanjutkan dengan penyerahan secara simbolis kepada 50 orang penerima. Selain itu, pada kegiatan kali ini, Bupati juga meresmikan Kantor Desa Talang Kerinci. Bupati berharap dengan diresmikannya Balai Desa yang baru ini Pemerintah Desa semakin responsif dalam melayani masyarakat. (red)
