Lintas.co.id(Tanjung Jabung Barat) – Pelayanan di Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah (RSUD) Kuala Tungkal, Tanjung Jabung Barat sempat terganggu. Pasalnya, sebanyak 12 orang Dokter spesialis yang bertugas di RSUD Daud Arif mengelar aksi mogok kerja, Jumat (19/3/21). Para Dokter tersebut terpaksa harus melakukan aksi mogok kerja, lantaran pihak RSUD hingga kini belum juga membayarkan gaji insentif mereka terhitung dari bulan Juni hingga Desember 2020.
Mengetahui ada aksi mogok oleh para Dokter, Bupati Tanjab Barat Drs Anwar Sadat, M.Ag dan juga Wakilnya Hairan, SH langsung turun tangan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dihadapi oleh para Dokter spesialis tersebut.
Bupati dan wakil Bupati Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Barat yang baru sebulan dilantik tersebut, langsung bergerak cepat dengan memanggil Sekda Agus Sanusi untuk melakukan komunikasi dengan dr Saut yang merupakan koordinator dalam aksi mogok. Dari hasil komunikasi yang dilakukan, belasan Dokter spesialis tersebut akhirnya bersedia untuk menghentikan aksi mogok nya.
“Insyaallah pelayanan kembali normal lagi. Tadi saya sudah telpon, kita sudah bicarakan dengan koordinatornya.Dokter Saut nya sudah janji pelayanan normal kembali,” kata Wabub Hairan. Dikatakannya juga, bahwa untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan yang dikeluhkan oleh para Dokter, akan ada pertemuan lanjutan kembali.
“Nanti akan ada pertemuan lanjutan guna meng-kelirkan persoalan yang dikeluhkan para dokter spesialis kita ini,” ujarnya. (iin).
