Batanghari – Dalam kesempatan ini saya atas nama pribadi dan pemerintah daerah mengucapkan terimakasih yang sebesar-besarnya atas kehadiran Ketua dan Wakil Ketua dan seluruh anggota DPRD Kabupaten Batanghari dalam acara silaturrahmi ini, agar tujuan untuk menciptakan harmoniasasi sekaligus menjalin sinergi yang baik antara DPRD dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Batanghari dalam rangka menjalan roda pemerintahan di Batanghari. Hal ini Bupati Batanghari M Fadhil Arief, SE sampaikan dalam sambutannya pada acara Silaturrahmi Pemkab Batanghari bersama Anggota DPRD, bertempat di pendopo rumah dinas bupati, selasa malam (16/3/2021).
“silaturrahmi ini hendaknya dapat meningkatkan semangat kita semua untuk memperkuat dan mendukung program-program pemda dengan jalinan kerjasama dan komunikasi yang baik agar visi dan misi batanghari tangguh dapat terlaksana sebagaimana mestinya”, jelas Bupati.
Bupati menambahkan terkait kondisi keuangan pemkab pada tahun ini yang mengalami goncangan hebat, baik dikarenakan besarnya kewajiban kita untuk melunasi tunda bayar maupun akibat kebijakan pemerintah pusat dalam menangani pandemi covid-19, tentunya butuh keseriusan dan kesabaran kita bersama, agar kondisi fiskal kabupaten batanghari di tahun mendatang menjadi lebih baik, diawal tahun 2021 ini akan menjadi pondasi awal untuk mewujudkan visi misi batanghari tangguh.
“hubungan pemerintah daerah dan DPRD adalah hubungan kerja dengan kedudukan setara dan kemitraan artinya diantara lembaga pemerintah memiliki kedudukan yang sama dan sejajar, tidak saling membawahi, sedangkan hubungan kemitraan adalah dalam membuat kebijakan daerah untuk melaksanakan otonomi daerahdengan fungsi masing-masing” tambah Bupati.
Acara tersebut juga dihadiri oleh wakil bupati batanghari H Bakhtiar, SP, para forkompinda, para OPD dan para camat se kabupaten batanghari. (Red)
