Lintas.co.id(Jambi) – Pj Gubernur Jambi Dr.Hari Nur Cahya Murni,M.Si kepada pemerintah Kabupaten Sarolangun untuk melakukan pencegahan dan mitigasi bencana. Hal ini penting sebab Sarolangun merupakan salah satu kawasan rawan tanah longsor. Hal ini disampaikannya di rumah dinas Bupati Sarolangun dalam kunjungan kerja ke Kabupaten Sarolangun, Sabtu (6/3). Hadir di kesempatan tersebut, Wakil Bupati Sarolangun H. Hillalatil Badri., Sekretaris Daerah Kabupaten Sarolangun Ir. Endang Abdul Naser , unsur Forkompinda Kabupaten Sarolangun, Para pengurus PKK Kabupaten Sarolangun, dan pejabat terkait lainnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Pj.Gubernur menyalurkan bantuan dari Ketua Umum TP-PKK berupa peralatan makan bagi anak-anak, dan penyerahan secara simbolis bantuan kepada korban banjir bencana banjir di Kabupaten Sarolangun, yakni meluapnya Sungai Singkarang, Sungai Batang Barangan, dan Sungai Telentam dan anak Sungai lainnya yang berada di Kecamatan Air Hitam sehingga 3 desa yang berada di sekitar sungai mengalami kebanjiran (di Desa Semurung 81 KK/285 jiwa terdampak banjir, di Desa Lubuk Jering 219 KK/712 jiwa, dan di Desa Bukit Suban 233 KK/852 jiwa. Total 533 KK/1.849 jiwa). Banjir terjadi pada tanggal 10 Januari dan 11 Februari 2021. Untuk korban pasca bencana banjir di Kabupaten Sarolangun, yang mendapatkan bantuan sebanyak 1.849 jiwa sehingga kebutuhan penyaluran Cadangan Pangan Pemerintah Daerah (CPPD) di wilayah bencana sebesar 5.547 Kg, sesuai permintaan/permohonan dari Bupati Sarolangun
” Menindaklanjuti rapat koordinasi penanggulangan bencana presiden telah menekankan upaya pencegahan dan mitigasi bencana. Mengingat Sarolangun merupakan kawasan rawan tanah longsor maka perlu diimplementasikan empat hal pokok yaitu pencegahan, penanggulangan, penanganan pasca bencana dan mengefektifkan law inforcement, ” jelasnya.
