Batanghari – Terkait pelunan hutang Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Batanghari terhadap pegawai, berupa tambahan penghasilan pegawai (TPP) tahun 2020 selama tiga bulan. TPP tersebut akan dibayarkan setelah pemkab menunggu atau menerima hasil audit dari Badan Pengawas Keuangan dan Pembangunan (BPKP). Hal tersebut diungkapkan Bupati Batanghari, Muhammad Fadhil Arief, Kamis (08/04/2021).
Sebab menurutnya, saat ini Pemkab Batanghari tengah berkonsultasi dengan BPKP, terkait metode pembayaran TPP tahun 2020. Karena ada misskomunikasi terkait kejelasan jumlah hutang tersebut.
“Sebagian pegawai mengatakan pemerintah terhutang selama tiga bulan. Namun setelah kita lihat, di DPA tahun 2020 hanya dianggarkan selama 10 bulan. Berarti pemerintah hanya terhutang satu bulan,” ujarnya.
Namun, saat ini pihaknya masih meminta pendapat kepada pihak auditor, mana yang harus pemerintah bayarkan. Apakah selama tiga bulan atau hanya satu bulan saja di bulan Oktober 2020.
“Jika mereka mengatakan harus dibayarkan selama tiga bulan, berarti kita bayar tiga bulan. Karena yang namanya hutang mesti dibayar,” sambungnya.
Terkait dana yang digunakan, Bupati Fadhil mengatakan, pelunasan tunda bayar TPP tahun 2020 tentunya akan menggunakan anggaran tahun 2021.
“Kita menunggu keputusan BPKP, kalau bisa bulan ini segera dibayarkan,” ungkapnya.
Dilanjutkan M Fadhil Arief, untuk TPP tahun 2021, mekanisme pembayarannya sedang disusun. TPP di tahun 2021 masih menunggu persetujuan dari Kementerian, berapa bulan disetujui untuk pembayarannya.
“Untuk TPP tahun ini Perbupnya sedang disusun. Karena kemarin ternyata kawan-kawan lalai. Kalau TPP 2021 tidak mungkin lagi 12 bulan, karena salah satunya Perbup TPP harus disetujui Kemendagri. Jadi seharusnya TPP tahun 2021, sudah disusun di akhir tahun 2020,” pungkasnya. (Red)
