Kota Jambi – Water Park atau Taman Air komplek Citra Raya City (CRC) Muaro Jambi, memakan korban jiwa. Seorang anak masih duduk di sekolah dasar (SD) bernama M Arjuna berumur sekitar 7 tahun meninggal setelah tenggelam di kolam pemandian tersebut, Minggu lalu (3/10), sekira pukul 12.00 WIB.
Peristiwa nahas tersebut, oleh pihak keluarga korban dilaporkan ke Polda Jambi, guna dilakukan pengusutan. Sebab pada kolam pemandian CRC dinilai tidak ada pengawasan. Akibatnya ada pengunjung yang menjadi korban.
Salah seorang keluarga korban adalah Irwanda, Sabtu (09/10) mengatakan, ketika kejadian, waktu itu saya (Irwanda-red) juga ikut mandi di kolam. Namun ketika itu korban lepas dari pandangannya.
Waktu itu kami sedang mandi, dan almarhum terlepas dari pandangan, ketika itu tahunya almarhum telah diselamatkan oleh orang lain. Korban menurut Irwanda sempat dibawa ke ruang P3K.
Karena diruang P3K tidak tersedia oksigen, maka korban dilarikan ke rumah sakit untuk mendapatkan pertolongan. Sebelum korban dibawa, kami sempat tanyakan ambulans, ternyata tidak ada menurut penjaga. Akhirnya kami bawa sendiri ke rumah sakit ujar Irwanda.
Adanya laporan ke Polda Jambi, menurut Irwanda karena pihaknya minta adanya keadilan dan tindakan terhadap pihak CRC. Sebab sudah jelas pada lokasi kejadian tidak ada pengawasan, itulah sebabnya ada pengunjung yang menjadi korban.
Bayangkan pengawasan tidak ada, sehingga untuk gerak cepat mengatasi suatu kejadian mengalami kendala. Seandaianya ada pengawasan, tentu lebih awal diatasi, karena pengawas akan turun langsung ujar Irwanda.
Menurutnya, setelah kejadian pihak CRC juga tidak memberikan respon, bahkan Irwanda mengaku dirinya sempat mendatangi pihak CRC setelah kejadian, untuk meminta itikad baik.
Kami mengharapkan ada sedikit perhatian pihak Citra raya City dalam peristiwa ini. Memang setelah saya datangi, ada pihak Citra raya datang ke rumah orang tua almarhum, M Arjuna ujarnya.
Kemudian tentang laporan di Polda Jambi, pihak kepolisian menyarankan agar kami terlebih dahulu melakukan mediasi dengan pihak CRC. Sehingga laporan resmi belum kami buat.
Demikian juga disampaikan Tumidi, selaku orang tua korban. Kita akan membuat laporan ke Polda Jambi, tujuannya agar pihak manajemen kolam renang CRC diberi tindakan atau sanksi. Selain itu mengecek pengamanan dikolam mandi CRC.
Informasi yang dihimpun lintas.co.id menyebutkan, peristiwa yang merenggut nyawa M Arjuna tersebut terjadi sekira jam 12.00 siang pada hari Minggu (03/10/2021). Kejadian ini sangat membekas dihati keluarga korban.
