Personil Direktorat Reserse Narkoba (Ditresnarkoba) Polda Banten berhasil menggagalkan peredaran sabu lintas 3 Kabupaten.
Dalam pengungkapan ini, petugas berhasil mengamankan 3 orang tersangka kurir dari tiga kabupaten yakni HD (34) warga Kecamatan Cadasari, Kabupaten Pandeglang, TH (31) warga Kecamatan Baros, Kabupaten Serang dan RMK (36) warga Kecamatan Cibadak, Kabupaten Lebak.
Dari tersangka HD dan TH diamankan barang bukti 4 plastik klip besar berisi kristal bening yang diduga sabu seberat 314,64 gram.
Sementara dari tersangka RMK (36), diamankan barang bukti 1 plastik klip besar yang didalamnya berisi sabu seberat 30,52 gram.
Tersangka HD ditangkap di depan mesjid tidak jauh dari rumahnya pada Minggu (24/10/2021) sekitar pukul 15:30 WIB.
Sedangkan tersangka HT ditangkap di Kecamatan Baros dan RMK ditangkap saat nongkrong di pos ronda tidak jauh dari rumahnya sekitar pukul 22:00 pada Selasa (26/10/2021).
Direktur Resnarkoba Polda Banten, Kombes Pol Martri Soni menjelaskan bahwa pengungkapan peredaran narkoba di 3 wilayah ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari laporan masyarakat yang diterima oleh jajarannya.
“Jadi pengungkapan ini merupakan tindak lanjut dari informasi dan langsung kita tindaklanjuti,” ungkap Dirresnarkoba didampingi Kabidhhumas AKBP Shinto Silitonga dan Wadirsatresnarkoba AKBP Indra Gunawan saat menggelar ekspose di Mapolda Banten, Selasa (2/10/2021).
Dijelaskan Kombes Pol Martri Soni, ketiga tersangka merupakan satu jaringan sabu untuk wilayah Lebak, Pandeglang dan Serang.
Kombes Pol Martry Soni menjelaskan pengungkapan jaringan sabu ini bermula dari tertangkapnya tersangka HT tidak jauh dari rumahnya
“Dari keterangan HD, kami berhasil menangkap HT dan menangkap RMK di rumahnya masing-masing,” terang Dirresnarkoba.
Modus operandi dalam menjalankan bisnis sabu yaitu HT memerintahkan melalui private number kepada HD untuk menemui bandar berinisial I (DPO) di Jakarta Pusat untuk mengambil sabu pesanan.
Setelah mendapatkan barang pesanan, tersangka HD langsung kembali ke Pandeglang.
“Setelah mendapatkan sabu, tersangka HT selanjutnya memerintahkan HD untuk menyimpan satu paket besar sabu di gorong-gorong drainase di daerah Sumur Kondang, Kecamatan Cadasari, Kabupaten Pandeglang,” kata Martri Soni.
Sekitar 20 menit, paket sabu yang disembunyikan di gorong-gorong tersebut diambil oleh tersangka RMK untuk selanjutnya diedarkan di wilayah Kabupaten Lebak.
Jaringan sabu ini terputus namun bekerja secara terorganisir. Peredarannya lintas kabupaten yaitu Lebak, Pandeglang dan Serang,” tandasnya.
Dalam menjalankan bisnis ilegalnya, masing-masing tersangka mendapatkan upah yang berbeda dari bandar besar yang saat ini masih dalam pengejaran.
Akibat perbuatannya ketiga tersangka dijerat Pasal 114 ayat (2) dan atau Pasal 112 ayat (2) dan 132 ayat (1) UU RI No. 35 Tahun 2009 tentang Narkotika dengan ancaman hukuman minimal 8 tahun penjara hingga pidana mati,” tandasnya.
