Rapat Di pimpin Oleh Wakil Ketua I Junaidi Di dampingin Oleh Wakil Ketua II Ahmad Haikal dan Unsur Anggota DPRD lainnya.Turut Dihadiri oleh Pj Bupati Muaro Jambi Bachyuni Deliansyah,Forkopimda, kepala Opd Lingkupan Pemkab Muaro Jambi, Camat, media cetak dan elektronik dan Tamu undangan Lainnya.
Dalam Sampaianya Wakil Ketua I Junaidi Mengajak kita semua yang hadir di dalam ruangan ini untuk mendengar apa yang disampaikan oleh ketua Bapenperda DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang dalam hal ini disampaikan oleh Saudara Taufik.
Ketua Bapenperda DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi Taufik Menyampaikan pada pagi hari ini kita menggelar rapat paripurna DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi dalam rangka penyampaian secara resmi tiga ranperda kabupaten Muaro Jambi tahun 2023.
Lanjut diri sebagai ketua Bapenperda DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi menyampaikan terdapat tiga ranperda di tahun ini yang akan dibahas yang terdiri dari 1 Inisiatif DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi ranperda pengelolaan dan pelestarian cagar budaya serta ranperda dari pemerintah Daerah kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
Rencana tata ruang RTRW kabupaten Muaro Jambi tahun 2023 – 2043.dua pembentukan dan susunan perangkat daerah sehubungan dengan hal tersebut Bapenperda DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi bersama biro hukum dan pihak Lp2n Universitas Jambi telah melakukan kajian bersama untuk mendapatkan potensi yang dapat disepakati dan sudah di harmonisasikan ke menkumham Jambi.katanya
Penyusunan rancangan Peraturan daerah kabupaten Muaro Jambi tentang pengelolaan dan Pelestarian Cagar budaya harus mempertimbangkan beberapa manfaat
– pertama sisi ekonomi dimana Cagar budaya harus memberikan kesejahteraan kehidupan masyarakat serta meningkatkan pendapatan asli daerah atau PAD.
– Kedua pelestarian cagar budaya merupakan tangung jawab bersama sehingga harus berdampak kepada tumbuhnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam melestarikan cagar budaya
– ketiga pelestarian cagar budaya harus bersifat dinamis baik dibidang perlindungan dan pengembangan dan pemanfaatan sehingga berbagai Tekhoder dapat terlibat dalam upaya pelestarian cagar budaya.
Lanjut dirinya menyebutkan pelestarian memiliki tiga unsur penting yaitu perlindungan,pengembangan,dan pemanfaatan ketiganya saling keterkaitan ketiga unsur itulah menjadi ruang lingkup pelestarian cagar budaya dimasa sekarang ini. Ungkapnya
Sementara itu Pj Bupati Muaro Jambi Bachyuni Deliansyah Mengatakan beberapa waktu yang lalu pemerintah sudah menyampaikan dua rancangan Peraturan daerah yang pertama yaitu
Rancangan Peraturan daerah kabupaten Muaro Jambi tentang pembentukan dan susunan perangkat daerah yang kedua yaitu rancangan Peraturan daerah kabupaten Muaro Jambi tentang rencana tata ruang wilayah Kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
“Selanjutnya Pj Bupati menyebutkan mengenai penyampaian rancangan Peraturan daerah usulan atau inisiatif dari DPRD kabupaten Muaro Jambi yang disampaikan oleh badan pembentukan Peraturan daerah.” Sampainya
