Muaro Jambi – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Muaro Jambi mengadakan Bimbingan Teknis (Bimtek) penggunaan aplikasi Sirekap di Shang Ratu Hotel pada Sabtu, (12/10/2024). Bimtek ini ditujukan untuk pengguna Sirekap, yaitu seluruh Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) dari 11 kecamatan di Kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
Rika Kurniati Nasution, Anggota KPU Muaro Jambi Divisi Perencanaan, Data, dan Informasi (Rendatin), menjelaskan bahwa tujuan dari Bimtek ini adalah memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam kepada PPK agar dapat menggunakan Sirekap pada Pilkada yang akan berlangsung pada 27 November 2024.
“Sirekap adalah alat bantu untuk mendukung rekapitulasi suara dalam mengirimkan hasil ke server setelah melalui proses validasi,” ungkap Rika.
Ia juga menambahkan bahwa dalam Pilkada 2024 ini, terdapat dua jenis Sirekap yang digunakan, yaitu Sirekap Mobile dan Sirekap Web.
“Sirekap Mobile akan digunakan oleh Kelompok Penyelenggara Pemungutan Suara (KPPS) untuk memotret C Hasil di TPS, sedangkan Sirekap Web ditujukan untuk PPK, KPU Kabupaten/Kota, dan KPU Provinsi dalam proses rekapitulasi di setiap tingkatan,” jelasnya.
Rika juga menyebutkan bahwa penggunaan Sirekap pada pemilihan umum serentak bulan Februari lalu mendapatkan banyak tanggapan dari berbagai pihak.
“Melalui Bimtek ini, KPU berharap dengan adanya perbaikan pada aplikasi Sirekap dan pemahaman yang lebih baik oleh pengguna, kualitas rekapitulasi suara pada Pilkada ini dapat meningkat,” ujarnya.
Dalam kegiatan Bimtek tersebut, para PPK menandatangani fakta integritas serta melakukan simulasi penggunaan Sirekap, mulai dari pembuatan akun, instalasi aplikasi Sirekap, hingga latihan mengisi C hasil yang nantinya akan diinput ke dalam aplikasi Sirekap. (Red)
