Muaro Jambi – Komisi Pemilihan Umum (KPU) Kabupaten Muaro Jambi melaksanakan pelantikan Pengganti Antar Waktu (PAW) untuk Panitia Pemungutan Suara (PPS) Desa Kemingking Dalam Kecamatan Taman Rajo,Jumat (18/10/2024).
Rizki Ramadhan digantikan oleh Muhammad Yusuf sebagai anggota PPS yang baru. Pelantikan tersebut berlangsung di gedung sekretariat KPU Kabupaten Muaro Jambi dengan dihadiri oleh Ketua KPU Almuttaqin, anggota KPU Desmara Dewi, Panitia Pemilihan Kecamatan (PPK) Taman Rajo, serta staf sekretariat KPU Kabupaten Muaro Jambi. Acara berlangsung dengan khidmat dan lancar.
Acara pelantikan dibuka dengan menyanyikan lagu kebangsaan Indonesia,serta pembacaan sumpah janji jabatan oleh Muhammad Yusuf yang dipandu oleh Ketua KPU Kabupaten Muaro Jambi.
Dalam sambutannya, Ketua KPU Kabupaten Muaro Jambi, Almuttaqin, menyampaikan rasa syukur atas kelancaran proses pelantikan ini. Ia juga mengingatkan pentingnya amanah yang harus diemban oleh Muhammad Yusuf sebagai anggota PPS yang baru. “Alhamdulillah, kita diberikan kesehatan dan kesempatan oleh Allah SWT untuk menjalankan tahapan Pilkada meskipun dalam waktu yang singkat. Semoga Saudara Muhammad Yusuf dapat menjalankan tugas ini dengan baik,” ujarnya.
Almuttaqin menambahkan bahwa Muhammad Yusuf diharapkan dapat segera beradaptasi dengan tugas barunya sebagai anggota PPS, mengingat tahapan Pilkada yang akan segera berlangsung. Ia juga menekankan pentingnya koordinasi antara PPS, PPK, dan pihak-pihak terkait untuk memastikan kelancaran setiap tahapan pemilu. “Kesuksesan Pilkada bukan hanya tanggung jawab KPU, tetapi juga tanggung jawab bersama seluruh elemen yang terlibat,” tegas Almuttaqin.
Acara pelantikan ditutup dengan pembacaan Doa Dengan bergabungnya Muhammad Yusuf, diharapkan proses pemilihan di Desa Kemingking Dalam dapat berjalan lebih baik dan sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku. (Red)
