Jambi – Gubernur Jambi, Al Haris, secara resmi menutup kegiatan Hari Krida Pertanian (HKP) ke-52 tingkat Provinsi Jambi yang berlangsung di arena ex-MTQ Kabupaten Muaro Bungo, Rabu (6/12/2024).
Acara yang diselenggarakan selama tiga hari, mulai 4 hingga 6 Desember 2024, ini berlangsung meriah dan sukses menghadirkan antusiasme masyarakat dari berbagai daerah.
HKP ke 52 tahun 2024 mengusung tema ‘Melalui HKP ke-52 Tingkat Provinsi Jambi Tahun 2024, Mari Kita Wujudkan Inflasi Aman dan Terkendali melalui Percepatan dan Penguatan Ketahanan Pangan Daerah yang Didukung oleh Pembangunan Sektor Perikanan yang Berkelanjutan’.
Hari Krida Pertanian tahun ini diikuti oleh 23 stand pameran pertanian dari 11 kabupaten/kota se-Provinsi Jambi. Acara tersebut juga melibatkan 1.000 peserta, berbagai lomba turut memeriahkan kegiatan ini, di antaranya: Identifikasi anak itik jantan atau betina, Membedakan cita rasa kopi bubuk, Menangkap belut, Identifikasi jenis bibit tanaman, Petani berbasis teknologi, Penyuluh berbasis teknologi, GPP Kontra Tani Terbaik, Lomba kreativitas mengolah makanan lokal, Lomba tarik tambang, dan lainnya.
Gubernur Jambi Al Haris mengatakan HKP Ke 52 tahun 2024 merupakan ajang bertemu dan silaturahmi bagi para petani, nelayan dan peternak.
“Saya hadir di kabupaten muaro bungo ini untuk menutup HKP ke 52 tingkat provinsi jambi tahun 2024, seperti biasa ini ajang bagi para petani kita, nelayan dan juga peternak, yang selama ini terus bekerja terus mengembangkan dirinya menyumbangkan tenaga dan pikirannya untuk bangsa dan jambi yang kita cintai. Oleh karena itu inilah ajang mereka untuk bertemu, bersilaturahmi, dan berlomba.” Kata Al Haris
Al Haris juga menegaskan, bahwa ke depan pemerintah akan fokus menguatkan pangan di daerah, sehingga nantinya mulai mengurangi inpor sehingga ke depan Indonesia tidak tergantung lagi dengan negara luar negri.
“Ke depan pemerintah akan fokus menguatkan pangan di daerah sehingga nanti kita mulai mengurangi inpor, mulai dari inpor beras yang lain kita kurangi inpor semuanya, artinya adalah dalam negeri kita berdayakan terus petani kita berdayakan, sehingga ke depan Indonesia tidak tergantung lagi dengan luar negri.Kenapa karena kita punya lahan yang cukup, petani kita juga cukup berkualitas.” Jelas Al Haris
