Jambi – Gubernur Jambi Dr. H. Al Haris, S.Sos, MH meyampaikan rasa optimisnya untuk dapat terus membangun Provinsi Jambi ditengah tantangan dan minimnya APBD Provinsi Jambi. Pernyataan ini disampaikannya pada Rapat Paripurna DPRD Provinsi Jambi dengan agenda HUT Provinsi Jambi ke-68, bertempat di Ruang Utama Gedung DPRD Provinsi Jambi, Senin (06/01/2025) pagi.
Paripurna HUT ke-68 ini dibuka oleh Ketua DPRD Provinsi Jambi Hafizh Fattah yang didampingi Wakil Ketua Ivan Wirata dan Faizal Riza, dan dihadiri semua anggota DPRD Provinsi Jambi 2024-2029. HUT Provinsi Jambi tahun ini mengambil Tema “Jambi Mantap Menuju Indonesia Emas”. Turut hadir pula pada HUT Provinsi Jambi ke-68 tahun 2025 ini Menteri Desa dan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal di Kabinet Merah Putih Yandri Susanto dan Jaksa Agung ST. Burhanuddin. Tampak hadir pula anggota DPR dan DPD RI daerah pemilihan Jambi H. Hasan Basri Agus (HBA), H. Syarif Fasha, H. Cek Endra (CE), Elpisina, Edi Purwanto, Rocky Chandra, H. A. Bakrie, Elviana, Abu Bakar Jamalia dan Sum Indra. Selain itu juga hadir sejumlah Kepala Daerah Provinsi tetangga, para pimpinan Forkopimda dan Bupati/Wali Kota se-Provinsi Jambi serta para tamu undangan lainnya.
Dalam sambutannya Gubernur Al Haris memberikan apresiasi terhadap sinergitas dari seluruh stakeholder untuk langkah bersama dalam membangun Provinsi Jambi. Dan Gubernur Al Haris pun menyatakan bahwa dirinya tetap optimis dan berkomitmen untuk membangun Provinsi Jambi. “Tahun ini saya dan Bapak Wakil Gubernur Jambi Bapak Haji Abdullah Sani telah menjabat sampai akhir masa periode kami yaitu akhir 2024 dan saat ini sudah masuk 2025, saya bersama Pak Haji Abdullah Sani tentu mencoba memberikan yang terbaik mempersembahkan yang terbaik dalam rangka untuk mengawal pembangunan Provinsi Jambi selama masa-masa kami menjabat dari tanggal 7 Juli 2021 sampai hari ini. Oleh karena itu kami sampaikan terima kasih yang tak terhingga atas segala dukungan bantuan dan upaya dari semua kita Bupati/Wali Kota, DPR dan DPD RI juga DPRD Provinsi Jambi yang telah luar biasa bersama-sama menguatkan kita, semua ikhtiar kita, untuk membangun Jambi yang kita cintai ini,” ujar Gubernur Al Haris.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut Gubernur Al Haris mengungkapkan bahwa dirinya selama melaksanakan pemerintahan bersama Wakil Gubernur Jambi ada banyak hambatannya dan ujian. “Saya ingat pesan pak Jokowi ketika kami mulai dilantik dulu kalau Pejabat itu bekerja rutinitas saja maka tidak ada yang bisa kita bangun. Maka kami mulai bertekad dengan Dewan dan teman-teman Dewan kala itu kita mulai membuat rencana pembangunan multi years di Provinsi Jambi ada jalan Suak Kandis yang kita bangun 60 km dan saya tinjau kemarin luar biasa jalannya bagus dan kalau dulu ke Makam Orang Kayo Hitam berjam-jam sekarang 2,5 jam sudah sampai sana, itu nanti jangka panjang mengarah ke Ujung Jabung, artinya pemerintah daerah ingin menunjukkan dengan pemerintah pusat bahwa kita sudah siap kalau Ujung Jabung dibangun, kita sudah membangun jalannya dan Pak Edi Purwanto nanti membangun jembatan Sungai Rambut. Artinya yang kita bangun sudah pas, arahnya sudah pas,” ungkap Gubernur Al Haris.
“Kedua, kita juga bangun jalan Batang Asai, Batang Asai ini daerah yang di Jambi masih terisolir, kita semua juga tahu tiap tahun ada dana APBD kita selalu ada untuk menangani Batang Asai tetapi tidak selesai, kita bangun 30 Milyar Rupiah, 20 Milyar Rupiah nanti longsor habis lagi, maka kita bikin juga multi years untuk Batang Asai dan Alhamdulillah saya tinjau juga, kemarin orang Batang Asai bisa dua jam dari ibukota Kecamatan sampai ke Sarolangun, dulu lima jam, dan apa dampak yang muncul dari jarak tempuh yang jauh ini yaitu BBM mahal disitu, kemudian juga bahan pokok juga ikut mahal, karena bawanya jauh, sekarang sudah hampir sama dengan harga-harga yang ada di kota. Artinya, dampaknya luar biasa kita nekad membangun itu,” lanjutnya.
Selain itu, Gubernur Al Haris menjelaskan tentang Pembangunan Islamic Centre yang belum dimiliki oleh Provinsi Jambi, dan diharapkan dengan pembagunan Islamic Centre dapat dijadikan tempat mendidik anak-anak dan fokus sebagai pusat kajian dan pendidikan dan yang diharapkan disana akan terbangun nilai-nilai pendidikan sosial, budaya. “Saat ini juga sedang dibangun Stadion walaupun komponennya belum selesai tapi kita targetkan tahun 2025 ini bisa lengkap. Termasuk juga jalan di Senyerang yang dulu sering jadi masalah Tanjab Barat. Artinya, meski kita punya dana APBD yang minim tapi kita mesti berani membangun ditengah-tengah minimnya APBD. Kami tahu kala itu apa yang kita lakukan itu kita banyak dikritik di media sosial bahwa kita nekad membangun. PR kita kedepan yaitu yang belum jalan-jalan provinsi yang sedang dalam tahap kita bangun, kita dorong juga untuk Jalan Padang Lamo dan kita dorong untuk menjadi jalam nasional, sekarang kita fokus lagi flyover karena saat ini padat penduduknya dan macet,” jelas Gubernur Al Haris.
Gubernur Al Haris juga menjelaskan, program Dumisake yang banyak dikritik tetapi angka menunjukkan bahwa ternyata dari program ini telah memberi dampak luar biasa bagi masyarakat. “Dari apa yang kita intervensi ke masyarakat itu bantuan-bantuan misalnya itu berdampak luar biasa hari ini dimana kita lihat kemiskinan Jambi turun drastis sekarang ini untuk 10 tahun terakhir, kemudian juga pengangguran juga turun drastis, stunting juga kita jauh turun, kita nomor dua se-Indonesia, IPM kita juga meningkat tajam dan ini adalah dampak yang muncul. Dan saya berharap kedepan bisa bersama-sama fokus apa yang kita kerjakan,” jelasnya lagi.
Orang nomor satu di Provinsi Jambi tersebut juga menyampaikan tentang jalan tol Jambi-Palembang dimana arus lalu lintas Jambi-Palembang terbuka lebar dan semua lancar. “Dengan adanya tol ini kita juga punya tantangan kedepan, kita mesti punya hal yang khusus yang spesifik, apakah itu kuliner, budaya, wisata, apa yang bisa menarik nantinya sehingga orang tertarik masuk ke Jambi bukan orang Jambi yang malah bawa uang keluar. Artinya, kedepan yang mesti kita pikirkan nanti kalau Jogyakarta itu menjual budaya, kita juga harus membuat Jambi menarik, orang berlomba masuk ke Jambi,“ pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Menteri Desa dan Pembangunan Daerah Tertinggal di Kabinet Merah Putih Yandri Susanto menyampaikan bahwa Jambi juga harus Swasembada pangan. “Dana desa di Jambi ini besar, tahun 2025 ini ada 1,1 Triliun Rupiah, dan ini sudah saya tanda tangani permendes sekurang-kurangnya 20% untuk Swasembada pangan, artinya ada 200 Milyar lebih dana desa itu untuk Swasembada pangan, mohon para bupati, para anggota DPRD yang terhormat ,Pak Gubernur, para anggota DPR RI yang terhormat anggota DPRD yang terhormat, kita mari bersama-sama untuk menyelesaikan soal keamanan pangan, ujungnya adalah untuk makanan yang bergizi yang hari ini mulai diluncurkan oleh Bapak Presiden Prabowo Subianto. Maka saya berharap Jambi bisa menjadi Swasembada pangan percontohan tingkat nasional,” ungkap Yandri.
Sementara itu juga, Jaksa Agung ST. Burhanuddin menyatakan bahwa pada tanggal 6 Januari 1957 merupakan hari yang bersejarah yang penting, tonggak menando berdirinya Provinsi Jambi 68 tahun dan bukanlah masa yang singkat dalam menjalankan dan mewujudkan suatu tata kelola pemerintahan yang baik dan tentu tercatat bagi betapa banyaknya sumbang pikiran tenaga dan kerja keras para pendahulu yang telah mengorbankan waktu dan usahanya untuk memberikan dedikasi dan mewujudkan seperti dirasakan saat ini.
”Untuk itu, marilah kita dukung dan wujud estafet pembangunan demi mendapat perwujudan tema yang diusung pada Hari Ulang Tahun Provinsi Jambi ke-68 yang Mantap, Maju, Aman, Nyaman, Tangguh, Amanah dan profesional agar penduduk Jambi menjadi Provinsi Jambi maju dan melaju dan mantap. Dan tema besar yang sudah dicapai tentunya tidak dapat dipisahkan dari koordinasi dan kolaborasi yang baik atau pemerintah dan seluruh pemangku kepentingan dengan segenap unsur masyarakat dunia usaha maupun akademisi serta para pihak terkait lainnya. Saya meyakini unsur eksekutif melalui pemerintahan legislatif baik pusat maupun daerah serta masyarakat Jambi telah berupaya mengatasi berbagai permasalahan hambatan ketinggalan dalam pembangunan. Saya berharap menjadi pemicu dan meraih prestasi lain yang lebih gemilang tahun-tahun yang akan datang khususnya pada tahun 2025 ini,” ucap Jaksa Agung. (Red)
