Rapat ini menindak lanjuti SK Bupati Muaro Jambi tentang pembentukan kelembagaan GTRA dan Tim Pelaksana Harian. Asisten 1 Bidang Pemerintahan dan Kesejahteraan Rakyat, Asisten III Bidang Administrasi Umum ikut menghadiri secara virtual bersama Para Kepala OPD dan Kepala KPHP XIII.Dosen dan Peneliti Universitas Jambi mewakili entitas akademisi dan Yayasan SETARA Jambi mewakili entitas CSO/ NGO.
Suharna, SH, Kepala Kantor Pertanahan Kab. Muaro Jambi selalu Ketua Tim Pelaksana Harian memaparkan isu-isu strategis yang menjadi agenda Reforma Agraria tahun 2021. Isu-isu ini diidentifikasi Tim Sekretariat GTRA dari lintas sektor dan agenda kebijakan nasional dan daerah. Wakil Bupati Muaro Jambi menekankan pentingnya kelembagaan GTRA dalam rangka menumbuhkan pusat-pusat perekonomian baru dalam agenda pembangunan kabupaten Muaro Jambi untuk menyejahterakan Rakyat.
