Jambi – Gubenur Jambi, Dr. H. Al Haris, S.Sos., M.H. mendampingi Kunker Menteri Perancanan pembangunan nasional (kepala Bappenas) Rachmat Pambudy, meninjau lokasi pembangunan proyek museum Kawasan Cagar Budaya Nasional (KCBN) Candi Muaro Jambi yang didanai oleh Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN), Minggu 24 November 2024.
Diketahui, saat ini ada dua candi yang sedang dalam tahap pemugaran yakni, Candi Kotomahligai dan Candi Parit Duku. Salah satu fokus utama proyek ini adalah normalisasi dan revitalisasi kanal-kanal kuno di wilayah Muaro Jambi.
Menteri Bappenas dan Gubernur Al Haris tampak mengecek kondisi bangunan yang sedang dikerjakan tersebut, mengingat ini menjadi salah satu tonggak untuk kemajuan budaya provinsi Jambi.
Dalam kesempatan itu, Menteri Bappenas juga mengapresiasi Pemprov Jambi atas terlaksananya pembangunan KCBN ini di Candi Muaro Jambi.
Sebelum mengecek proyek yang bernilai ratusan milliar itu, Menteri Bappenas dan Gubernur Al Haris beserta rombongan terlebih dahulu menggunakan safety untuk menghindari kejadian yang tidak diinginkan.
Setelah meninjau proyek pembangunan KCBN, Menteri Bappenas dan Gubernur Al Haris langsung mengunjungi candi Kedaton yang terletak tak jauh dari lokasi tersebut.
Setibanya di Candi Kedaton, Menteri Bappenas langsung kagum dengan luas kawasan wisata budaya yang ada di Jambi itu. Kehadiran Menteri Bappenas di kawasan percandian ini diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kembali pembangunan Candi Muaro Jambi.
Dalam kesempatan ini turut hadir Ketua PKK Provinsi Jambi, Sekda Provinsi Jambi, Kepala BPK Wilayah V Jambi, Kadis Kominfo, dan Karo Administrasi Pimpinan. (Adv)
