Jambi – Penjabat Sementara (Pjs) Gubernur Jambi Dr. H. Sudirman, SH, MH mengajak Forkopimda dan semua komponen yang berada di Provinsi Jambi bersinergi dan berkoordinasi dalam menyiapkan dan menyukseskan Pilkada Serentak 2024 di Provinsi Jambi agar berjalan dengan aman, damai dan kondusif. Ajakan tersebut disampaikan Pjs. Gubernur Jambi saat membuka Rapat Koordinasi Forum Koordinasi Pimpinan Daerah (Forkopimda) dengan tema “Sinergitas Peran Gubernur Sebagai Wakil Pemerintah Pusat dengan Forkopimda Dalam Rangka Persiapan Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2024 serta Isu-isu Aktual di Provinsi Jambi”, bertempat di Swissbel-Hotel Jambi, Rabu (20/11/2024).
Dalam sambutan dan arahannya Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman menyampaikan ucapan terima kasih dan apresiasi atas pelaksanaan rapat koordinasi yang diselenggarakan serta berterima kasih atas kehadiran semua peserta yang hadir. “Terima kasih dan apresiasi atas pelaksanaan rapat koordinasi ini dan terima kasih atas kehadiran Bapak dan Ibu semua dalam rapat ini. Mudah-mudahan kehadiran kita dalam rakor ini bisa meningkatkan kesiapan kita semua untuk melaksanakan Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2024 diseluruh kabupaten dan kota se-Provinsi Jambi,” ujar Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman.
“Kita harus terus bersinergi dalam menyiapkan dan menyukseskan Pilkada Serentak 2024 di Provinsi Jambi dan terima kasih atas kerja sama seluruh pemangku kepentingan dan pihak terkait dalam menyukseskan pelaksanaan Pemilihan Presiden dan Wakil Presiden serta Pemilihan Legislatif pada tanggal 14 Februari 2024 lalu,” sambungnya.
Pada kesempatan tersebut Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman juga berharap sinergitas dan kolaborasi dapat terus dijaga dan ditingkatkan. “Sinergitas dan kolaborasi dapat terus dijaga dan ditingkatkan demi kesuksesan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah dan Wakil Kepala Daerah Serentak dalam waktu yang tinggal 7 hari lagi, yaitu 27 November 2024 nanti,” harap Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman.
“Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Forkopimda se-Provinsi Jambi, KPU, Bawaslu, TNI dan Polri serta instansi terkait telah bekerja sama dalam persiapan pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak Tahun 2024, baik dari segi persiapan tahapan dan mekanisme pelaksanaan maupun dari sisi penganggaran/pembiayaan,” lanjutnya.
“Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi telah melaksanakan Rapat dan Persiapan Penyelenggaraan Pilkada Serentak dengan pemerintah kabupaten/kota ke 11 kabupaten/kota dalam Provinsi Jambi serta meninjau Gudang Logistik Pilkada Serentak ke KPU kabupaten/kota dalam wilayah Provinsi Jambi,” imbuhnya.
Dijelaskan Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman, untuk diketahui, pada tanggal 18 November 2024 lalu, Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi juga telah memaparkan persiapan dan kesiapan pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak di Provinsi Jambi. “Pada tanggal 18 November 2024 lalu Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi juga telah memaparkan persiapan dan kesiapan pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak di Provinsi Jambi kepada DPR RI dan Pemerintah Pusat pada Rapat Kerja dan Rapat Dengar Membahas Persiapan dan Kesiapan Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Serentak 2024,” jelas Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman.
Selain itu Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman juga memaparkan, salah satu indikator utama keberhasilan pelaksanaan Pemilu dan Pilkada serentak adalah tingkat partisipasi pemilih. Terkait keberhasilan pelaksanaan Pemilu dan Pilkada Serentak, perlu disampaikan bahwa pada pelaksanaan Pemilu bulan Februari lalu, persentase pemilih pada Pemilu 2024 tinggi, yaitu Pemilu Presiden dan Wapres sebesar 83,00%, Pemilu DPR RI sebesar 82,85%, dan Pemilu DPD Provinsi Jambi sebesar 82,85%.
“Pada Pilkada Serentak tahun 2020, persentase partisipasi pemilih secara nasional 76,09%, angka ini masih dibawah target dalam RPJMN 2015-2019 sebesar 77,5%. Harapan kita bersama agar partisipasi pemilih yang tinggi pada Pemilu 2024 bulan Februari lalu dapat terealisasi pada Pilkada Serentak tanggal 27 November 2024 nanti, dengan persentase pemilih yang tinggi dan mencapai target. Indikator selanjutnya dalam mengukur sukses Pemilu dan Pilkada adalah situasi tertib dan tentram dalam pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak tahun 2024,” papar Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman.
“Sejalan dengan diterbitkannya Undang-Undang Nomor 7 Tahun 2017 tentang Pemilihan Umum, diharapkan pemangku kepentingan untuk menyukseskan Pemilu dan Pilkada melalui peningkatan partisipasi politik serta menjaga ketertiban dan kelancaran pelaksanaan Pilkada nanti,” tambahnya.
Diakhir sambutannya Pjs. Gubernur Sudirman berharap kepada semua yang hadir untuk dapat dioptimalkan berdiskusi terkait isu-isu aktual pelaksanaan Pilkada 2024, berupaya menemukan solusi dan alternatif untuk menangani permasalahan yang dapat menghambat kelancaran pelaksanaan Pilkada nanti. “Mari bekerja sama dan berkolaborasi, menguatkan fungsi seluruh pemangku kepentingan demi kesuksesan pelaksanaan Pilkada Serentak tanggal 27 November 2024,” pungkasnya.
Sementara itu, Ketua KPU Provinsi Jambi Iron Sahroni menjelaskan bahwa rapat ini bertujuan untuk memastikan kesiapan Pilkada yang akan diselenggarakan pada tanggal 27 November 2024 bisa berjalan dengan baik, damai dan lancar. “Selain itu, rakor ini juga sebagai upaya untuk memetakan potensi permasalahan yang mungkin muncul dan langkah-langkah penanganannya,” jelasnya.
“Kami sangat mengharapakan kerja sama dari semua pihak agar Pilkada berjalan dengan baik, untuk itu rapat koordinasi ini sebagai upaya bentuk kerja sama dan sinergitas antara pemerintah daerah dan TNI/Polri dalam mengambil sikap dan langkah dilapangan. Sehingga yang menjadi kendala atau hambatan bisa teratasi, dan pada saat pelaksanaan Pilkada dapat berjalan sesuai harapan bersama yaitu terwujudnya Pilkada yang aman, damai dan sukses,” lanjutnya.
Selain dihadiri unsur Forkopimda Provinsi Jambi, Rapat Koordinasi ini juga turut dihadiri Bupati/Wali Kota se-Provinsi Jambi, Plt, Ketua KPU dan Ketua Bawaslu Provinsi Jambi dan Kabupaten/Kota Se-Provinsi Jambi, Kaban/Kakan Kesbangpol beserta Kabid yang membidangi Bidang Politik se-Provinsi Jambi, Kepala Perangkat Daerah terkait lingkup Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dan Pemerintah Kabupaten/Kota Se-Provinsi Jambi serta undangan lainnya.
