Jambi – Disiplin dan Budaya Kerja terus Ditingkatkan Jambi, Pada 13 November 2024 lalu Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi berhasil meraih peringkat 3 nasional Penghargaan Anugerah Manajemen ASN 2024 pada 2 (dua) kategori, yaitu: 1. Pengelolaan Disiplin dan 2. Norma, Standar, Prosedur, dan Kriteria (NSPK) Manajemen ASN Pemerintah Provinsi. Penganugerahan Penghargaan ini diselenggarakan oleh Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN) di Solo, Jawa Tengah, beberapa waktu lalu (Rabu,13/11/2024).
Penghargaan Anugerah Manajemen ASN 2024 ini diberikan langsung oleh Plt. Kepala Badan Kepegawaian Negara (BKN), Haryomo Dwi Putranto kepada peserta Rakor penerima penghargaan. Haryomo menyampaikan arahan bahwa penghargaan ini diberikan sebagai wujud apresiasi bagi kementerian, lembaga, dan pemerintah daerah yang telah menunjukkan kualitas unggul dalam melakukan manajemen Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN). Menanggapi penghargaan tersebut, Kepala BKD Provinsi Jambi, Henrizal, S.Pt.,M.M mengatakan bahwa dirinya sangat senang atas pencapaian ini. Penghargaan ini sekaligus menjadi bukti komitmen Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dalam mengelola Sumber Daya Manusia (SDM) aparatur yang berkualitas serta dapat diandalkan. “Kami berharap pencapaian ini dapat dipertahankan dan terus ditingkatkan untuk mewujudkan kinerja birokrasi yang semakin andal, profesional, dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan masyarakat,” ujar Henrizal.
Henrizal juga menambahkan, anugerah ini menunjukkan keberhasilan Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi dalam menerapkan sistem pengelolaan disiplin yang efektif dan efisien. Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi, lanjut Henrizal, berkomitmen untuk terus memperkuat budaya disiplin dan integritas ASN serta NSPK Manajemen ASN, sebagai upaya menciptakan birokrasi yang profesional dan melayani masyarakat dengan lebih baik lagi. “Penghargaan ini merupakan pencapaian besar bagi kami,” kata Henrizal.
“Kami berharap, dengan capaian ini, semangat seluruh pegawai Pemerintah Provinsi Jambi akan semakin meningkat untuk memberikan yang terbaik, mewujudkan birokrasi yang melayani,” pungkas Henrizal. (Red)
